The address for the check in wasn't very good as it was via a side door so was confusing. When I booked I thought I was booking with the hotel but it was a booking agency. Had I known this I wouldn't have booked The air-conditioning was basically non existent and at times it was cooler outside than inside. Pool was pretty cold to swim in even for our children who are from Tas The location was great, walking distance to everything. I took my two kids and they each had their own beds and we were able to use the living room and dining table to relax and eat. This was much better than staying at a hotel. Location is a 6 star! In our view the only improvement needed was the lounge suite while visually fine was practically not. It reduced the capacity for us to relax in the lounge area for longer periods of time as it was simply not comfortable. This meant we spent more time on the balcony. Also the issue with the wall damage was disconcerting and I hope the further investigation Cosie home advised was to be done got to the bottom of what happened. Would definitely stay again, despite that issue as it was handled professionally and fairly.
