Staff excellent at reception as we felt welcomed. At breakfast the fruits weren’t fresh and no egg, but a full access to a barista espresso machine was greatly appreciated.

Great hotel in great location.
Great hotel in a great location. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very nice and comfortable and very clean. There is no bar at this hotel even though though hotels.com says there is but there definitely isn't, there is a bar next to the hotel named dona blanca but it doesn't belong to hotel, it's just in the area called dona blanca. Loads of bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Alcazar and cathedral are only 5 minutes walk from hotel. The clock museum is 19 minutes walk away. The royal andalucian equestrian school was 19 minutes walk away, we did have to use google maps for clock museum and equestrian school but well worth a visit. Alcazar and cathedral well worth a visit. Train station 10 minutes away, went cadiz on train, less than 9 euros return, great value. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Taxi cost 21 euros from airport to hotel.

Good location. Parking is extra and the spots are tight but no street parking is available in the area so we were glad they have onsite parking.

Very central to the town. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. The hotel is lovely. It met all of our needs. Unfortunately upon arriving to the hotel I pulled a muscle and injured my knee. I ended up being picked up in an ambulance and taken to the emergency roomThankfully they took amazing care of me but I did have to spend a few days in the room getting rest. The staff at the hotel was very nice, caring and attentive. They helped us make sure I got the attention needed.

Near many bodegas
The room was okay. Not very convenient to get in and out of. Had to ask the front desk every time to send the elevator down to the parking garage as there is no button for it in the elevator. Nice that they have an attached garage though because parking is very difficult in the city. Good location for visiting sherry bodegas. AC not super strong in the room and shuts off every time you leave the room. Takes a long time to cool back down in the heat.

Gracias por su comentario. El hecho de pedir que le abran el garaje desde la recepción es una cuestión de seguridad. Respecto a la climatización, para que no se desconecte cuando esta el cliente fuera, debe dejarse una tarjeta metida en el interruptor, si no se apaga por eficiencia energética. This was a wonderful hotel in every way, and our stay was very pleasant. The parking presented the only challenging situation, since the hotel garage (charge is 11 euros per night) was extremely small and getting a car in and out without scraping was a major accomplishment. The breakfast was nice (extra charge of 7E per day). Elevator available.

Great Central Location
The hotel is located really close to the centre of the city. Within a easy walk to the railway station aswell. The hotel is kept clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Are room 204 was a good size with a balcony and a very good aircon system. The bathroom was a good size aswell.Has it's own underground parking (chargeable)also a large supermarket very close. Nice cafe attached to it which is popular with the locals . Cannot fault this hotel .

In quiet street just off main thoroughfare
Very impressed with our 4 day stay. Have nothing but praise! Paid €7 each for optional breakfast & very pleased with their ability to provide gluten free bread & lacto free milk. Room was medium sized but perfectly spacious for our needs. Air Con was effective & quiet! No bath but powerful shower.

Great Location
We had a great time in Jerez and this hotel is located right in the centre of the old town. The hotel is tradition Spanish, good air conditioning (essential in the heat) and has an underground garage.

Exploring Jerez
A lovely modern hotel and thanks to our upgrade we had a fabulous outdoor and very private terrace - perfect to relax after exploring Jerez It was ideally situated within easy walking distance of restaurants,bars and some lovely shops. From checking in to checking out - all done with politeness and courtesy and breakfast was a delight . A small breakfast room but we found the staff highly efficient and very pleasant with the food always replenished and a great variety to suit all tastes . The room was contemporary in design and lovely fluffy towels. It was perfect for us and I would highly recommend. Try to take in authentic flamenco at La Parjeta - singing dancing and great guitar - it’s only small so if you want a seat you have to book beforehand. So good we went twice - cheap prices and a huge range of sherries to sample. We enjoyed Jerez and chose the right hotel !

The location was quite suitable for me. Great bed, nice and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate but nothing spectacular. Hotel staff were very accommodating, that was much appreciated.

Extremely clean
Very clean and comfortable room, decent enough breakfast, centrally located. Having said that, I stay on room 101 and it is right next to a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, even with ear plugs the noise is just too much early on and also for a late afternoon siesta. My advice, make sure not to stay in the first floor, other than that it’s a lovely place to stay.

The hotel was very centrally located with easy access to all amenities. It was good value for money but not luxurious. The room was clean enough but attention to detail was needed as there were a number of issues with hairs I need the bathroom and wardrobe areas. The fixtures and fittings were dated but functional. Overall a good budget hotel.

Hotel in great location and good value for money
Didn't get the room with terrace we booked on arrival but moved to it on our second day. Great value for money. Good breakfast. Staff eager to sort out any little problems. Great location in the centre of Jerez. Handy to Bus & Train stations. The only downside was the shower which nearly flooded the bathroom as the seal on the screen didn't seem to fit properly.

Big rooms, good location
Great area - close to all main attractions and good restaurants/night-life. Large room, however walls were very thin and you can hear your neighbours. Also not enough of the little touches, such as more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, etc, kettle in room would have made stay more comfortable.

Water leak
Convenient parking, but no words by receptionist about it cost money. At 3am a water pipe broke under the sink. It was very loud and boiling hot water was spraying out. I tried with 3 towels (to protect my hand) to turn off the water, and finally managed. The bathroom floor was flooded, but I managed to keep it from running into the room's wooden floor. I did not inform the hotel staff till next morning, as I was too tired (20 hours travel) for a big show in the middle of the night. Hotel staff brought fresh towels and wipes the floor in the morning upon request. Receptionist said he would had moved us to another room in the middle of the night if we had informed immediately. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. My wife managed to bargain the parking for free.

Great location with parking
You won't find a better central city location with parking. It's a typical small 3* city hotel with typically small but reasonably-equipped rooms. Shower was very hot and strong, Free wi-fi very strong. Mini-bar worked, Delightfully charming and helpful staff keen to help. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Nothing hot, and muesli with half the flavour of cardboard. Plenty of yogurts, fresh fruit, nice bread, croissants etc, sliced cheese and deli meats. Coffee came from a Nescafé machine ! Yes, we'd stay here again, because of the location right in the centre, and just a few minutes from restaurants, bodegas, shops and the City Sightseeing Bus stop etc.

Great location, but little else to recommend it
We chose this hotel for the central location, but that turned out to be its one high point. Despite calling the hotel and confirming free parking before we booked, we were informed upon arrival that parking would be 11 Euros per day. The walls and doors of the hotel are paper-thin, which meant that we were woken early each morning by the housekeeping staff yelling down the halls to each other. The water temperature in the shower was hit-and-miss, scalding one morning and freezing cold the next. We will choose another hotel for our next visit.

Great place for a great price
This was a fantastic value. Located near the pedestrian area but also an easy walk from the bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby even in the hotel. Our room was huge with a small sofa and desk and plenty of space left over. Staff was friendly. We had everything tub, tv, fridge, ac, we were super happy.

Good place to stay in Jerez
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.Location was great! Our room was a good size.There were a couple of niggles. Hotels.com website for this hotel says there are safes in the rooms.Some rooms have safes. We did not have one.Please correct the misinformation. The pillows in the room were too hard and caused neck problems.There was a bad smell along the corridor and in our room, coming from the drains I think.
