Excellent base to explore the Extremadura!
Spacious well appointed room, lovely bathroom and very friendly and professional staff - gave me exactly the room I’d pre-requested! Good a/c and WiFi. The breakfast buffet very good with a wide selection of hot and cold choices though, & very unusually for Spain, the coffee was pretty poor. The hotel’s situation was ideal to walk into the historic centre and about 15mins on foot to both train & bus stations making it an ideal choice for a day trip to beautiful Trujillo. Swimming pool not open until June.

My night in Caceres
It is a modern hotel with underground parking that costs extra. The cafeteria offered a good range of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was large and very clean as was the bathroom. Unfortunately the bed was hard and therefore, for me, very uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast was abundant with a good selection of items.

The hotel was well positioned, staff friendly, the cafeteria was excellent. Room was ok but the fridge did not work and there were burn holes in the curtains.

Big room with large bathroom. Our 5th floor room was quiet even though there was a loud Christmas party happening in the conference area. The hotel is on a main street but traffic noise was minimal with the window closed.Location is great, just a 10 minute walk from old part of the city and easy to get to by car.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff and situated perfectly for walks into the historic centre without the hassle of being there. Breakfast was excellent and overall the hotel was great value for money

Great hotel friendly staff
Arrived in a hail storm of wet weather on 4 motorcycles. One of us had a puncture . The check chap was brilliant and very efficient. Soon in our rooms to dry out Great help on getting a new tyre. Then out to the old town. Hotel great value for money and 20 minute walk into town. Would stay again

Comfortable and immaculate.
This a very comfortable stopover hotel on the route from the Algarve to Santander. The rooms are contemporary and immaculate. The marble clad bathroom was beautifully appointed with nice quality products to use. The breakfast is generous and we were very well attended. The lift direct to the underground car park is very convenient. There is a building site close by, but as it was the weekend there was no activity. I will definitely stay here again.

A comfortable hotel a 20 minute walk to the impressive medieval walled city. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet (room 324). Breakfast was excellent with a really good choice. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, not sure if it is popular as we were the only ones in there. The food and service were good, though we felt it was a bit expensive. Parking was easy to access and secure under the hotel at a cost of €14 per day.

Very nice quiet hotel. 15min to town centre.
The hotel is just outside the city centre and away from the hustle and bustle. It is only a 15min walk to the centre but has very nice restaurants opposite from it so you don't need to walk to the centre to eat well. The pool is an added bonus for when you arrive from a hot day walking the tourist sites. The underground parking is also very safe although you have to pay for it. All in all, I would definitely stay here the next time I come to Caceres .

Decent, but needs some urgent renovating!
This hotel really needs an upgrade, you feel stuck in the 80's. Breakfast was very decent and complete. Parking is offered for 12 EUR, but free parking is always available around the streets of the hotel. It needs urgent renovation, the carpets in the halls are really worn out. WiFi is pretty crappy and unstable, keeps dropping out.

Buisness hotel no character plain decor had to change rooms due to running water from somewhere at 2am in the night.buckets and towels all over breakfast room in the morning .no appologies or reason given.

Overnight stop over.
Hotel was beautiful,staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. The only dowse the breakfast room was like a busy railway station and full of hunters ready to go out shooting. Breakfast was good lots to choose from.

Do not stay here
This hotel should not have 4 stars. While the rooms and breakfast were very good, the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the room next door. Also they should not advertise as having wifi as it did not work in our room at all for the two days we were there and only worked for about two hours in the lobby and that was if nobody else was using it. This is unacceptable in 2017 for a four star hotel and the price we paid. We were not the only guests who had problems. Also it was May and very hot and they still did not have the swimming pool open. They should advertise this as it was one of the reasons we choose this hotel.

Convient and central hotel.
We enjoyed this hotel. The room was very comfortable. The reception staff were really helpful and gave us a map with the route marked to the old town Just across the street from the hotel is an all you can eat Chinese restaurant, very convenient if you have been travelling all day . There is secure car parking for a small charge The only adverse comment that I would make is that our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Good Location great place to visit.
This Hotel is aproximately 15 minutes walk from the old city and its clean and friendly. the only down part is the charge to parking at €11 euros per day . it also had a very old Tv and the Air conditioner was not very good in the heat we ended up opening the windows for fresh air at night. the pool was lovely and clean and the free breakfast made up for the parking. breakfast was very nice.

Great Hotel Amazing place
Caceres is an incredibly beautiful city highly recomend anyone to visit.the hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the old city but its a nice walk great parks and plazas and awsome places to eat. The hotel is clean and comfortable and a great pool as well as a lovelly breakfast.

Decent Location, Hard Bed
Generally high quality hotel with helpful staff who had good English skills. A bit of a hike to the Old City Centre, but well within reason. Supermarcados close by for water, wine and other incidentals. This was our first introduction to the generally Hard Beds of Spain and Portugal. We were able to sleep, but the bed was not a great comfort. It needed a few inches of foam or a thicker mattress over the box spring. Caceres is a University Town with some delightful old walls and buildings. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Quite a walk into town and tricky parking
We found the hotel very easily but parking is difficult or expensive. Comfortable modern hotel. We preferred town to hotel bar but quite a long walk. Good cafe over road for breakfast. Very cheap and friendly.
