This vacation rental is ideally designed to offer you a comfortable and friendly stay. The house has two spacious bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed (160 x 190), the other with two single beds (90 x 190), a storage space and a window overlooking the street. All rooms are carefully decorated, in a sober and elegant style, combining modernity and tradition. The living room is a real asset of this rental, offering a large open space where you can relax, dine or play with family or friends, comfortable sofa, dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to concoct your favorite dishes. Modern household appliances, such as an oven, a hob, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer, are at your disposal to facilitate the preparation of your meals. Storage cupboards, kitchen utensils and crockery are also available for your use. Free street parking is an added bonus. You can park your car easily and at no extra cost, then walk to the beach located 550 meters away. In summary, this townhouse is an ideal vacation rental for families or friends looking to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay on the Côte Fleurie. Small note: in the courtyard, there is also the back shop of a bakery located with de la Mer in Cabourg. Noise nuisance and smell of hot pastries noted early in the morning. We accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform).
