"Great experience "

"We did not have a good experience during our stay. When we first arrived, there was no welcome experience or refreshments offered, which made the check-in feel uninviting. In our room, basic amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. The toilet was also not properly cleaned when we arrived, and it remained in poor condition throughout our 5-day stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and our room was sometimes skipped until we contacted the front desk to request cleaning. There was also no phone in the room to contact staff directly. Unfortunately, some of the front desk staff came across as rude, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable at times. It also appeared that management would occasionally ask staff to change music or shows in shared areas to cater to certain groups, which affected the overall environment. On a positive note, the bartenders were very kind and helpful throughout our stay."

"It is the third time I have stayed in that hotel and it’s a very comfortable very nice and really cozy. Small hotel that I genuinely enjoy staying at. I will definitely return in another opportunities as I really enjoy the zone in this hotel is a great alternative to stay there without being overly expensive."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and are already planning to come back next year! The resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We traveled as three families with children ages 6, 7, and 8, and we always felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. The kiddie pool area was fantastic, especially the shaded covered section where parents could comfortably sit and watch the kids even during the hottest parts of the day. The main pool was also beautiful and relaxing. Another pleasant surprise was the food. We genuinely enjoyed everything we ate. Yes, there is a buffet, which naturally repeats some dishes throughout the week, but they also have menu options that were excellent. The Eggs Benedict were wonderful, and the cheeseburgers were honestly incredible. The location is amazing - literally right across the small dirt road from the beach. The waves were stronger than we expected, so we watched the kids carefully, but they still had an amazing time. The service was outstanding. Scott, the regional director, was constantly checking on guests and making sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Overall, we truly had an amazing experience and highly recommend this resort for families! "

"The description of the amount of beds was not accurate. There will only 9 beds upon arrival, but they did solve the issue the next day. The house was clean, concierge extremely helpful, and the beach is essentially private. Great waves right outside the house."

"It was a nice budget place. Beds were pretty comfortable and AC worked well. Staff was very helpful when we needed to change rooms due to loud music being played directly behind our room. Pool was clean but a little overchlorinated. Hammocks were all wet and smelly. Need to be replaced or cleaned. We would probably come again though. Being right by the ocean and in walking distance from good eats was great You can even walk to Playa Con Chal or get a quad taxi."
