It has been neglected in regards to maintenance though. Walls are scuffed up, cracks in ceiling and walls, washer machine has some issues.. water filter on fridge is flashing "replace", check in is 3pm..We didnt get our instructions till 4:25...after I requested them from management. None of these problems would deter me from renting again...but if this was my condo I would want to know if it was in need of maintenance. ##### Kevin M.
