Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts. Other Things to Note: \*No pets are allowed Mavila is a brand new community, construction is on-going during the day from Monday-Friday (between 9a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9 a.m. and 1p.m.) All amenities listed herein are completely finished and the noise does not bother most people staying at this condo. The condo was new, clean, and well equipped. The property management, security, staff, etc. were all very helpful and friendly. This was our first trip to Cabo and we will certainly come back. The only downside to this unit is it did not have a vista/ocean views. While this is disappointing it wasnt a big deal because we spent most of our time within the resort and enjoyed the amenities and views. ##### Jason B.
