Breathtaking oceanfront view of KITE BEACH! Located in the heart of one of the best places in the world for kiteboarding and other water sports. This 2BR/2BA is just steps away from the pool and ocean, in a gated community, with 24/7 security. The community offers a social vibe, has an onsite restaurant & bar, onsite kite school, and a large oceanfront grassy area for setting up, cleaning, and packing of kite gear.
Completely renovated in Nov., 2023, you will be amazed by the new look and feel.
Amenities include a kitchen with full siz refrigerator/freezer, cofee maker, stove with oven, cooking utensils and, rare to find, high grade reverse osmosist filtered water from the top. Keyless coded entry, two Smart TV's, air conditioners in both bedrooms and main living area, ceiling fans, black out curtains, King sized beds in both bedrooms that can be converted into two double beds and bunk beds for two children in the one bedroom. Both master ensuite and second bathroom have showers, bath towels, beach towels, exgtra linens and high-speed fiber optic wireless internet. Great for families, couples and individual travelers looking to relax while working remotely, play in the surf and enjoy the many activities Cabarete has to offer.
