Nice hotel, close to town centre.

Posted 04-Sep-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Not much, noise of Traffic not really controlable.
Location: Everything in walking distance. Definitely try Succulent Cafe for Breakfast, excellent food
Comfortable, clean, good ammenities, pleasant & helpful staff only downside being a bit noisy wrt Traffic on the main road. Suggest a back room over the pool would be quieter option, at least in less busy times.

Warm friendly greeting on arrival. Relaxed atmosphere. Great facilities & additional ones from our last stay. Great location, easy walk to shops, beach etc.

Beautiful design and style

Such a beautiful property with extremely good services with spacious grounds, swimming pool (very comfortable outdoor lounges) and tennis court. The location is only a 5 min walk to the centre of town and the rooms are gorgeous inside.

Pros: clean, tidy, close to the thai massage, walking distance to the restaurants and beach.
Cons: needs a lift -- only has stairs about 12 steps you need to carry your suitcase up
you could hear the sliding doors each time upstairs and next door opened them very loud. Could hear next door talking.

Very nice accommodation

Posted 07-May-2017
Pros: Everything but the stairs
Cons: Access to rooms
Location: Excellent location
We didn't have a car and the Lord Byron was within walking distance of all the shops and beach.Only problem is there was two flights of stairs to our room and for elderly or disabled persons it was very hard.

Nice but slightly out of the action.

Seems rooms were renovated recently. Unfortunately the acoustic insulation in the walls are not up to scratch.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean 'guest house' hotel.

Posted 02-May-2017 on Wotif
Pros: Comfort, decor
Cons: More pool towels
We loved our four night stay, The Lord Byron is worthy of much more than its 3 1/2 stars. Okay it doesn't have a 24 hour reception or offer any food services, but makes up for it with lovely, tasteful, comfortable rooms, great staff, great facilitities - outdoor area, large pool, tennis courts. And if you are there on a Friday night, you might be lucky to partake in the complimentary wine and cheese!

Our Trip to Byron

Posted 30-Apr-2017 on Wotif
Pros: I loved everything...Including how close it is to everything
Cons: The ONLY thing I can come up with that was a bit hard on me was the stairs as I have a bad back and it's a painful walking up the stairs.
Location: Take away Food, Restaurants, Club, all types of shops including a supermarket
This was a return trip to The Lord Byron because we loved it so much the first time.
