The property has three separate levels with the first level comprising of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with smart TV. There is also a private courtyard with outdoor setting and barbecue. The second level comprises of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large enclosed deck. The third level has a large loft style bedroom with a cathedral ceiling. The hot and cold outdoor shower is great when coming home from the beach. The property has a real "Beach house" feel as it is one of only four townhouses in the complex. Enjoy the sounds of swaying palms, waves lapping on the beach and the relaxed ambiance of the Belongil beach side community with it's lovely cafes. Belongil Beach is ideally located just 1.5km north of Byron’s town centre. The unspoiled white beach is only a 2 minute walk from your holiday accommodation. A leisurely 15-20 min stroll along the beach will find you in the heart of Byron. Belongil Beach is known for its relaxed and carefree atmosphere. Please note a security bond is required. We have a strict no party policy. This property is fully self-contained and is not serviced. You will need to bring your own amenities, beach towels and food. This was very strong throughout every room, but the kitchen was completely unusable. Opened every window and maximised every fan, but smell remained. We utilised 2 bedrooms, one slept with closed door, one in the loft, as far away from apartment source as possible, but both awoke multiple times due to the smell and air quality.
