Great hotel! Very happy with amenities - kids loved the indoor pool, which I believe might’ve been saline. It didn’t smell like chlorine like most indoor hotel pools. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding along with the coffee/tea station.Every staff person I met was very nice and helpful. I was surprised the pool was a lot smaller than the one appearing on the website.And, my room was fine. I really like the bathroom design, huge walk-in shower and the cubicles to put stuff. Overall, everything was awesome.

Cost more than I initially was told. Quiet room overlooking the parking lot. Exercise room a plus. Horrible almost inedible breakfast including lukewarm coffee, unidentifiable eggs, plastic cheese, and some kind of paper thin bacon. I didn't even bother the second morning.

Location is convenient and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the room layout was great. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Both beds had what seemed to have rather large size bodily fluid stains. It was pretty revolting. Although they can’t always be avoided, better protection can help prevent such damage. I feel that mattresses should have a base waterproof mattress cover and then a secondary mattress protector. Please protect the investment of great and comfortable mattresses and help make the careful guests feel their efforts respecting the room should be one that one would want to stay in. Maybe take pictures of the mattresses before and after guests visit. Aside from my lengthy comment above, I believe it was Danielle that checked me was lovely. There was another employee who was lovely and offered a toy ducky for my son. They both complement how polite my son is and I appreciated hearing that, and also having my son hear it, too. Thank you. PS. I LOVE the shower products!!! Wow!

I really hesitated to write a review regarding our stay because I dislike writing bad reviews, but i think if someone is going to pay $250/night they should know they will not be getting what one should reasonably expect for that price range.. We ended up having to switch rooms because our original room had debris on the floor, a cracked toilet, a dirty sofa bed with no sheets, hairs in the bottim of the tub from previous guests, dust & chunks of debris along the headboard and other similar issues. The staff was acommodating and they were quick to assign us to a different room. Once we arrived at the new room down the hall we found more of the same: dirty floors, crumbs in front of the microwave & on the dresser, hair from previous guests in the tub and sink, a dirty bathroom mirror, crumbs and dirt in the pull out sofa bed with used sheet. This time, I decided not to complain or notify staff because I had already done so for the original room we were assigned to, and I did not have time to keep moving rooms, if I complained about lack of cleanliness once again. We just made do with what we had. I am upset that I paid $250 for a room I had to clean myself. It is unacceptable that a guest should walk into a hotel at this price and have to clean up messes from previous guests. Breakfast is also gross, considering the price tag. Its the quality I would expect at a $125/night hotel, not one with a $250/night price tag. Pool, park,.location and staff are great
