Average small town Hotel
The Hotel is nicely located in the town adjacent to a small market. The staff at Hotel is minimal and no one is available to assist for luggage as you have to carry about 14 stairs to reach the Reception floor. No Electric kettle provided in room. No complimentary water drinking bottles in Room and you are advised to drink from tap water. Limited spread of Breakfast and no option available for getting even basic egg omlette. Only solace, the mountain/ valley view outside the Hotel is majestic

When we arrived, it was already 10. p.m. The lady at the reception knew that we were a family of three. She pretended to ignore that after several mails and bookings. So there wasn't a bed ready for our daughter. We had to wait one hour for a bed for her because she said, she didn't know we were a family of three. We had a whole discussion but no one apologized. We had to pay more for the extra bed. The next day (we stayed for two days) we hung up a doorhanger with the message 'please clean the room'. We didn't receive any clean towels although we left the dirty towels on the ground. The cleaning ladies hung up the dirty towels again. They only made up the beds but didn't clean the room at all. There was no swimming pool although it was mentioned. For breakfast they served instant coffee for 'better coffee' from the machine you had to pay. The ladies who served the breakfast were nice, that's the only positive thing except for the fact that the room was quiet.

Respected,you booked a double room and didn't mention you want an extra bed for your child. Other guests take the child with them in the same bed to avoid the cost of the extra bed. The extra bed cost is clearly stated on Expedia. Nowhere in your booking was mentioned that you want the extra bed. You were offered a room with a double bed as per your booking or a room with a double + extra bed for additional cost. You waited one hour because you didn't want to accept the additional cost for the extra bed. Regarding the cleaning service, we apologize for that and will check it with our staff. The swimming pool is not mentioned anywhere. If you saw it somewhere please let us know where so we can investigate it further.

Service is sub par
The booking description doesn’t promise a lot, but the service really brings the experience down alot. The staff is overall unhelpful and resistant. The hotel is a simple one, and a little worn down - as expected. However, the cleaning is not excellent and the rooms dark. The air conditioning does not work, so you have to sleep with the window open. This means that all sounds from the street and terrace is very audible in the room. We could unfortunately not sleep due to cara racing on the street throughout the night. The breakfast is dry and meager at best, and when you ask the staff for help they seem bothered. I do not recommend for this price, especially if you are a tourist as service is very low. They do seem friendlier to locals that know the language, so it might be more suitable for commuters.

Positiv: kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Supermarkt und Cafe direkt nebenan. Negativ: ringsum von Straßen umgeben, draußen somit relativ laut. Schlechter Kaffee beim Frühstück, besserer Kaffee gegen Aufpreis.

Das Hotel ist schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste mal Renoviert werden. Im Restaurant haben wir schlechtes Steak bekommen und das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders.

Cold in the room!
I can understand december it's not the best season and that the hotel has many rooma but the room wqas cold...after my arrival about 17.00 I left working the heating but the situation was little better and i had to sleep with head under blankets. People were nice and did not want complain to them because after all they could do little.

Hotel in der Neustadt mit Altstadtblick
das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung, Zimmer ganz nett (neu und sauber), wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen (Balkon und Altstadtblick), Personal nett, auch im Restaurant, Frühstück völlig i.O... Lage ist insgesamt aber nicht so schön, z.B. kaum andere Restaurants in der Nähe, für das Gebotene insgesamt etwas zu teuer, aber es gibt in Buzet wenige Alternativen, wenn man nicht für noch mehr Geld in der Altstadt wohnen will. Vorteil: Parkplatz, kein langer Fußweg wie bei Altstadtunterkünften.

Hotel mit besonderer GastfreundlichkeIt
Wir wollten ein Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen, Baden, relaxen usw.. Von hier aus erreicht man bequem zu Fuss die auf einem Berg gelegene sehr schöne Altstadt. Nach zwanzig minütiger Autofahrt ist man in der kleinsten Stadt der Welt, Hum. Absolut empfehlenswert! Nach Porec bzw. Rabac sind es ca. 50 km, hier kann man an sehr schönen Stränden baden und sich von der Sonne verwöhnen lassen. Wer gerne radelt findet hier sicher genügend Herausforderungen. Auch sollte man es nicht versäumen in den abgelegenen Bergdörfer die Nähe der Bewohner zu suchen, die Freundlichkeit ist überwältigend.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, trotz Stromausfall in den Morgenstunden nach Gewitter. Die Küchenfee hat das Rührei morgens extra auf einen Camping Gaskocher zubereitet und sich auch sonst sehr Mühe gegeben. Das hat man selten bis garnicht. Klasse!!!

Peut mieux faire
Hôtel calme disposant d'une jolie vue sur la vieille ville de Buzet (si on a la chance d'être du bon côté !). Chambre et salle de bains vastes et trés propres, balcon. Petit déjeuner complet et restaurant trés correçt également mais le tout gâché par le peu d'attention vis à vis du client de passage. Quelques exemples : Le soir de notre arrivée nous n'étions que nous d'eux dans la salle de restaurant et malgré cela plus d'une demi heure d'attente pour une simple salade avec tomates et concombres, le lendemain matin pas de thé "classique" et on nous dit qu'il n'y en à pas alors que le jour suivant une autre serveuse nous en propose, refus de nous servir le petit déjeuner dehors le premier jour alors qu'il faisait un temps superbe, frigo qui ne réfrigérait pas mais lorsque nous l'avons signalé on nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible ! ...

Qualche attenzione in più...
Appena giunti, abbiamo dovuto affrontare un problema circa la prenotazione. Noi avevamo la prenotazione per un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo con colazione inclusa. Secondo loro, la tariffa prevedeva solo due adulti e che la bambina, di anni 7, avrebbe dovuto dormire nel letto matrimoniale (cosa mai accaduta altrove), e che questo problema lo avevano già riscontrato con altri clienti che avevano prenotato con expedia. Allora mi chiedo se era un problema che avevano già riscontrato in precedenza, come mai non si erano attivati a risolverlo. Dopo tanta insistenza, ci hanno dato una tripla, addebitandoci le colazioni della bambina. L'hotel è molto carino, le camere sono spaziose e finemente arredate. La nostra camera aveva due balconi e aria condizionata. Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti e durante tutto questo periodo i letti non sono mai stati rifatti (cosa che abbiamo fatto notare ),come anche il bagno fatto superficialmente e che, al nostro arrivo presentava degli asciugamani sporchi per terra lasciati da clienti che avevano soggiornato precedentemente. Manca l' asciugacapelli. Il ristorante offre un buon servizio, come anche molto buona la qualità del cibo (eccellente il tartufo). Deludente invece la colazione. Manca un tostapane, c'è poca varietà di dolce, pochi cornetti per i più fortunati che fanno colazione la mattina presto, scarsa la qualità di succhi di frutta, che erano sempre nel fondo del contenitore che li eroga, sufficiente la qualità del salato.

service à revoir niveau des prestations proposées
nous avions réservé une place de parking fermée pour notre moto et nous avons dû nous fâcher car ils n'avaient pas de parking aors qu'ils le proposent à la réservation!! pour finir ils nous ont fait mettre la moto dans un couloir de livraison!! pas cool

Prenottamento fontana
Hotel super nuovo,pulito,stanze spaziose. Consiglierei di mettere il phon nei bagni. Colazione variegata, magari una macchina x tostare il pane mancava ma risulta essere un plus.

Billig alternativ til kysthotellerne. Hotellet ligger i en lidt kedelig og støvet by. Men selve hotellet er fint og pænt. Mogenmaden er kontinentel og der er automat kaffe. Kunne godt finde på at komme her igen.
