"This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us."

"Beautiful property! Had a lovely stay with my husband, our two year old, and two pups. The house was perfect for our little family. The property had everything to enjoy a relaxing stay. Such a bonus having waterfront access for some fishing. Will definitely be back!"

"The cabin is a bit small for four people, but just right for two. The furnishings are worn but comfortable. We had trouble accessing wi-fi at first, but an agent came right over and fixed it. Lots of construction noise in the area, bit that will soon go away. My only criticism is that the den has no lighting, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets."

"Absolutely loved the vintage feel of this. It was cozy and fit our needs. It was close to the beaches that we wanted to visit and was so quiet. I would definitely book again and 10/10 will recommend. Our host was awesome as well."

"Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house."

"Cute comfy home feel. Fun beach decorations throughout. If you're stuck inside because of the rain like we were you will have plenty to keep you occupied with the absolutely comprehensive collection of books, DVDs and streaming availability. Although there is a wonderfully stocked kitchen there was no tea/coffee! Kind of puzzling because there's a kettle and coffee maker. Would love to stay again and hopefully it won't rain!"

"My husband and I stayed here. The house is very well equipped and truly oceanfront. It is so-well maintained and upscale. The elevator was helpful during unpacking. The best part is that it is pet friendly. It is so hard to find a clean, luxurious home that allows dogs. Thank you."

I loved having different people staying upstairs made new friends :-)… Was not on the beach, but was definitely close enough to the beach and the convenience store was right next-door To be honest since I grew up a mile down the road I felt like I had come home. "On our way down, the owner contacted us to tell us that the previous guest had broken the stove. They asked if it was ok to come replace it and they compensated us with lunch for interrupting our visit, which was not necessary, but grateful for the awesome pizza! They are extremely friendly and it was a great location. The kids loved all of the different rooms and especially the loft and balconies. If ever in the Outer Banks again, we will definitely reach out to them."

"Perfect house for a beach getaway with family. We stayed for 3 nights in early June. Unbeatable location right on the beach with fantastic ocean views. Lots of fridge space for food and libations and having access to a propane grill is clutch. Although the house is fully loaded, you'll want to bring your own beach accessories & umbrellas as those are not included."

"The house fit all of us comfortably with the many bedroom options. A plus would be if they offered linens like most rentals. Having to pack sheets & towels is a big hassle. The house was spacious but a bit dated. Beautiful views but for older folks - it’s a lot of stairs - just fyi. Nice location with dock for fishing and riding kayaks."
