Lovely new owner!

The new owner was amazing! She had only been there for 8 weeks and I couldn't fault her. The rooms are very cosy .

  • Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

No welcome pack/instructions, did not know who the landlords were, shower head broken, hole in floor by bathroom, toilet door did not shut, room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed, no milk available for tea and coffee. We paid extra to have our dog but the room was not worth the money paid, it was dated and a bit dirty. However, staff serving breakfast were nice. Tideswell is a nice place to base yourself but don’t expect too much from this accommodation

4/5 Good

  • Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

The room we had was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good but the meal we had there was not very good frozen veg and mash that didn't taste real. The sausages however were very nice. Parking was no problem right outside the Inn.
