"nice hotel in spacious location, lots of transports"
Room small but we got used to it later however we found that the clothe hangers were a waist of time device! I would advice that management change them to the traditional simple plastic or wire hangers.
Although the room lock jammed at one time that the maintenance man had to drill and changed the lock that did not
I was a bit scared after reading the negative coments....but i didnt need to be. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Was staying in privilege room with a beautiful view from the window. Outside is a metro taking you straight to the centre of Paris. Staff of hotel very helpful and friendly. When metro was closed due to roadworks they find me alternative route very quickly.....
Breakfast is fresh and yummy. Included in my room price so cant complain that was expensive. Definitely will stay there again...
Overall a pleasant stay. Helpful staff and clean rooms with beds made everyday. Only drawback is supplies such as toilet tissue weren't adequately supplied. Double bed was comfortable but sofa bed not so much
This hotel is right next to a metro stop, so it is easy to get to and find. Convenient for traveling to other parts of the city as well. I visited in June 2015.
The room itself was extremely small, just big enough for a bed, two suitcases, and a small bathroom, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. Great A/C! For the price, I think it was a good value.
The front desk was especially wonderful. They let us store our luggage with them for a long time, after we had checked out, and they were always available when we needed them.

Good, clean hotel with pleasant, helpful staff. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we wanted to experience Paris restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. The only issue was there were a number of homeless folk just outside the hotel and as I was with my teenage daughter we didn't feel entirely comfortable returning to the hotel from the metro late in the evening. There wasn't any bother however, just didn't feel comfortable. The metro was close by with a good, quick service into the centre of Paris.
Pocket Guide: Paris Buttes Chaumont - La Villette Hotels
Formerly home to the Parisian stockyards, top attraction of this north-eastern residential and commercial district is Parc de la Villette, a huge urban theme park and science museum with lots for children. Belleville’s whimsical Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and the Bassin de la Villette canal (boat trips) provide other distractions.
