Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Fotos im Inserat wurden offensichtlich bearbeitet – alles wirkt darauf hell und weiß, in Wirklichkeit ist jedoch vieles vergilbt. Die Familienlagune ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die Fußgängerzone in ca. 20 Minuten.
