Located in Bussac Forêt, this charming 35 m² gite welcomes up to 2 guests with one bedroom and a bathroom. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay.  
  
The pool and garden are shared. Relax on your private terrace during summer evenings. A shared library, games, TV area, and bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings. There is also a pétanque court.  
  
On-site parking is provided. Small pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Events are not permitted.  
  
You can book the sauna and jacuzzi for an additional fee. Golf is available 10 km away in Montendre, and Bussac Forêt offers tennis courts and an equestrian center.
