bad smell and uncomfortable bed
Positive: friendly and accommodating staff, good location right on the beach, nice bathroom amenities. Negative: (1) horrible smell coming from the bathroom and getting worse in the morning, (2) very uncomfortable bed - felt like i was sleeping on a wooden board, (3) ac was very dusty around the air intake filter and shut off on its own a few times displaying an error code on the screen, (4) tiny towels , (5) beautiful view out of the window blocked by a small x-pattern design in the glass, which made it look like you're looking through a chainlink fence. if you want to take a picture of the beautiful view that you paid extra for, forget about it.

장점: 해운대 바로 앞에 위치하여 바다 view가 좋고 접근성은 용이함 단점: 화장실 곰팡이 냄새와 악취. 방 안에까지 냄새가 전달되고 에어컨은 청소를 했는지 모르겠음 곰팡이 냄새가 많이남. 침대가 단단하여 푹신한 침대를 선호하시는분들에겐 비추 추가비용 - 분명 4인 기준으로 예약했는데 방은 3인 기준이니 추가비용 2만원을 요구. 사전에 고지된 내용 없음. 현금을 요구함. 퇴실시간은 11시이며 12시까지 퇴실시간 연장하는데 2만원임. 시설: 건물 외관은 보기 좋으나 노후된 내부. 건물의 한 층의 일부를 개조하여 숙박시설로 사용중이어서 방음 잘 안됨. 서울 시내 주말 숙박 4~5만원 선의 모텔/여관 수준임.
