Great service
Great staff. Wonderful service. These young men are a true representation of the Turkish culture. Over and beyond. The rooms are super clean. The food is fine. Location is quite and near by everything. The Green Mosque, the Castle, the Market, the Old Bazaar and many more. The park is in front of the hotel, and it has games for the kids and many restaurants that open beyond 1 am. The Mateo passes near by, the buses in front of the hotel, and the Taxis office is next door. Prime location with a great staff that gives outstanding service. Will stay there again without any doubt. THANKS

Quirky Rooms behind a plain exterior
From the outside this looks like any run-of-the-mill business hotel, and the large reception area is stark and lacking in warmth or character, but my room was a dramatic contrast that was deserving of the "Boutique" title. My room was not large, but was adequate (although I noticed a lack of desk space for business travelers to site their laptops or to perch with their paperwork), the bed was firm and comfortable, and the unusual decor provided some much-needed character and personality. But the quirkiest thing about this room was the shower room/toilet combination, which was entered from either side of the bed - on one side was a door into the toilet from which there was a glass door into the shower, and on the other side was door into the shower room with washbasin and another glass door into the shower! Hence the shower was both visible and accessible from both sides. The shower itself was spacious but the water temperature and pressure was temperamental, whilst the weird vinyl-cushioned floor felt unstable and slippery - thus, for me, my morning wake-up shower woke me up for all the wrong reasons. Breakfast was served in the large and rather unwelcoming foyer; it was a decent selection, but the highlight was to be able to gaze out through the large picture windows into the sunny street and across to the Culture Park.

Excellent Hotel
Amazing staff and very helpful would definitely recommend it. Location is perfect and close to restaurants, tram and ferry station.Definitely, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we ever return to Istanbul.

Bel hôtel, des chambres de charme, accueil agréable, rapide, dommage un manque d entretien dans la chambre et les parties communes, petit déjeuner correct, peu d'attention des dames de services nous n'avons pas eu nos serviettes de bains.

Tek kelimeyle rezalet bu kadar pis bir otel hayatımda görmedim. Tuvaletteki koku tüm odayı sarıyor . Halılar pislikten kararmış. Personel ilgisiz. Kapı kilitleri bozuk. Bu otele iyi puan verenler nasıl böyle bir şey yaptı onu anlamıyorum. Bu kadar para alıp böyle bi rezaleti nasıl sunabiliyor otel onu hiç anlamadım.

Is seyahati için uygun fakat çiftler için ideal değil.. hizmet guleryuz çok guzel kahvaltı çok kötü, odalar resimlerdeki gibi geniş ve ferah değil yatak konforu sıfır malesef..internet üzerinden alıyorsanız en kötü oda sizindir demektir..ama personel sıcak..otel 2016 yılı kuruluşlu olmasına rağmen inanılmaz bakımsız ilgilenilirse çok daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum.. 2 gece icin verdiğim konaklama ücreti ile daha iyi şartlarda başka bir otelde konaklama yapilabilinirdi..birdaha tercih ederiyim malesef hayir..

Otele gelir gelmez ,odamıza kahve ikramı sunmak istediklerini söyleyip, lokum ile beraber takdim etmeleri ince ve nazik,ilgili olduklarını gösteren hosumuza giden davranıştı. odamızı süslü vaziyette görmek harikaydı. - leri: hotels.com kkartimdan 235tl çekti.Fakat otele gittiğimizde 189tl lik ödeme fişi aldım. odalarda lüxlük beklediğim gibi değildi. odamız tam temiz değildi,banyo koku yapıyordu. yeterli havlu ve sabun yoktu. Süslemede kullanılan havluları kullandık. seccade ve kıble işareti yoktu teşekkürler

좋은시설. 그러나 시내에서 약간 거리가있음
부띠끄 호텔이라서 방이 확실히 이쁩니다. 그러나 호텔에서 울루자미와 같은 여행지까지 약간의 거리가 있습니다 ㅜㅜ.
