"Was not expecting the owner of the property to be staying in a trailer in the driveway. Left 3 hours after check in as the owner kept appearing out of no where. Diidnt bother us and was kind, however unexpected. Felt a little unsafe and Weird. Would have wanted to know prior to booking. "

"We booked a "Newly Renovated 2 Bedroom Cabin" as what was shown on Vrbo and drove 170 kms to get there. When we walked in, the attached photos showed what we saw. Then, the owner came saying that "it was nothing" and they knew how to handle this. The solution they proposed was for them to take 15 minutes to clean the mess up. Yes, it might be sufficient to remove all the trash and construction equipment off the floor. What about the uncovered furniture and kitchen cabinets that were covered with dust? My child is allergic to dust so we had to turn around and drive another 170 kms to go back home. We did get the refund, but what about driving back and forth for nothing and our ruined long weekend plan? Zero compensation from the owner. Quite opposite, the owner accused us of having a bad attitude, since we didn't get our expectation right for staying at a cabin. We book cabins every summer and this is the first time we encountered such a ridiculous experience. "
"I was very impressed with the setup and the decor of the apartment. It was very convenient to be steps away from the bridge and the main street. Was very grateful that it was pet-friendly. My dog was very comfortable. One thing I would recommend is to add a light in the walkway to the apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be alone walking between the two buildings in the dark. "

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. We enjoyed all the amenities. We particularly loved the indoor hot tub, private dock, the firepit, the large kitchen, and the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. The surroundings were serene and quiet, but there wasn't too much privacy as the property was very close to the neighbours. The hosts were very helpful and quick in answering all our questions, and even accommodated all our requests, which made our experience extra special. Thank you Jaspreet and Jarmanjit!"
