Unfriendliest Front Desk Ever - Not Cleaned Proper

We had hotel.com reservations, but when we walked in, the Grump at the front desk looked at us like, "What are you doing here?" She continued to be the very unfriendly. Next morning, asked the manager, also not real friendly, if we could have a late checkout, said the best she could do was 12 noon because the cleaning staff all left at 12 noon. That explained why in our room, the coffee pot was not cleaned, there was a black hair hanging from a clean towel, a used/open shampoo was left in the bathroom and the white bed covers had black smudges. It seems that this place had its own lack of standards for hospitality and cleanliness.
