Breakfast was really awesome, and Johnny made our stay even better. He comes to work with a smile and made us have a better day because of him. Everyone took the time to make sure our stay was great, but Johhny went out of his way to greet us in the morning and have a chat with us.

Not the newest of buildings but clean, quiet, and elegant. Wish there had been TV in our living room. We had nice views from room. Only complaints would be the old small elevators and the odd parking lot in back that they didn't warn us had no elevator to get to (only stairs). Oh and the breakfast buffet? well worth it.
We stayed here last year, and they have done some major renovations. Very comfortable, and we were upgraded to a bigger room than we first anticipated. Turndown service was done at a reasonable hour, usually when we were out. Will stay again!

I love finding a place to stay that isn't too expensive. I don't need much, just a comfortable bed, a clean dark room and a shower. This place has all that and more cable channels than any motel I've stayed at in a long time. Love this place. I'll come back again and again.
I booked this hotel for a short stay to W. Canada. The hotel is not in Vancouver, but it is a short and very ride on the Skytrain. The mall (which was huge) is within walking distance and there are many places to eat on the street near the hotel. I'm glad I stayed here b/c it was half the price of staying in Vancouver an Burnaby was a nice place to stay.
Overall the hotel is a better value than staying downtown. The skytrain is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the Metropolis mall was right across the street. We used our all day metro passes to visit all the tourist attractions.
Burnaby is a residential suburb of the cities of Vancouver and New Westminster. The city is home to Simon Fraser University and The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Shoppers flock to Metrotown, BC’s largest retail and entertainment complex with over 470 shops and services. Recreation facilities include Central Park, Burnaby Lake, and Deer Lake.
