Great hotel central to skytrain access and great shopping at Metrotown. Hotel staff were excellent. Love the pool and hottub on the terrace.
The only area of opportunity is the restaurant - it was simply terrible.
An excellent hotel with nice staff. Very dispointed in how hard it was to access the metroline. Family of 3 dragging suitcases up and down flights of stairs ( escalators arent working ) in the rain. Disapointing. Staff should have known about this and advised.

I booked for 11 nights for a 2 Queen bed Room for 1 person. However I later wanna to have a King Bed so I emailed them my request. They did reply me on my second chaser and told that due to availability they weren’t able to change my bed type, but had put a note in their log book to see if there’s one during my stay.
When I checked in and asked, they said no King Bed was available. The second day, I contacted them again, they replied the same and then nothing was heard since. It appeared that they didn’t follow up with the request. Whatever they like to entertain a customers’ request or not, it would be nicer if they could proactively follow up the request.
The breakfast is not bad except it is the same every day. There’s only two elevators which was quite slow. Beds are comfy, but one thing I do not appreciate was that there’s no Kettle in the room. So I had just to use the Tea Maker to make some hot water (a cup at a time).
I would recommend for it’s great location.
We stayed here last year, and they have done some major renovations. Very comfortable, and we were upgraded to a bigger room than we first anticipated. Turndown service was done at a reasonable hour, usually when we were out. Will stay again!
