We went to zero gravity for dinner. Great time. The bathroom and room were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Great place - super comfortable
Great place, bed is amazing, cozy room we didn’t know though that is was in renovation mode, would have like to be aware and the elevator was out of commission.

Perfectly acceptable Marriott, but EXPENSIVE
First impression wasn't great, as they couldn't find a room for us! They definitely had our reservation, but there was a scramble to find a room... Once they did, everyone was very apologetic and offered us free breakfast buffet for the morning. The room was ok. Very typical hotel room. Beds were comfy and clean. But the bathroom was in need of some attention, as the tub did not drain well and the beginnings of mildew were evident. I'm also glad we did not pay for the breakfast buffet. Again, it was typical hotel food. Egg beaters scrambled and turning cold, muffins, cereal. I may be a little picky about this stay because the hotel cost SO MUCH! I could not believe how much they were charging for a standard room in the-middle-of-nowhere Vermont! I have paid less in NYC, Boston, and Rome!

The check in took way too long, the room was overpriced, what should have been a free breakfast was $10.95 and no better than the free one normally provided, the hotel did not have a bar. Bad place to stay.

Had to wait for the check in. The receptionist told us that they had the exact same room available but on the second floor. I agreed. I had booked a room in third floor with courtyard view and a balcony. We were given a parking lot view with no balcony. Smoke detector started beeping with battery low at 3AM. In the morning elevators were not working. We requested an extra bottle of water. No extra water bottles were provided. We had reserved a room with two queen beds for 4 people. Cups, coffee, water, etc. was all for 2 only. Terrible customer service. Hotel was clean.

I asked for 4. towels (4 Adults ) only got 3 every day . asked for creamer/coffee for the Keurig in the room along with coffee that was not decaf. Front desk said they ran out of creamer, well I guess they ran out for 3 days we were there. they were looking in the bar. etc. never did have coffee in room. then elevator broke down of course we were on the 3rd floor. had a ton of heavy fishing equipment we had to drag down 3 flights of steps, hallways are dirty, pool was ice cold and cloudy and our ice machine on the 3rd floor was unplugged and out of use. 300 dollars a night. I would go elsewhere. I did take pics of our broken balcony door that would barely open and dirty rugs.

We were having a great stay until we got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to be called to get us out. We were in there for about 20 minutes with no air conditioning so we’re very warm and anxious. I understand, things happen, it’s no one’s fault. But to come out of the elevator just to hear that a staff member was trying to blame us for it being stuck turned my rating from good to terrible. Per my sister who was waiting for us on the outside of the elevator, she was saying it was our fault because there were 9 of us in the elevator. Last I checked all of us together do not exceed the max of 2500 pounds, not even close. We were given apologies and water but that was it. Was a bad ending to a fun evening as we were in town to celebrate my engagement.

At first when I arrived in my room, I could tell there was loud machinery down from my window. Probably AC. It did diminish during the night. Other than that, the one-night stay was fine.

All areas of my stay were top notch. The only real problem I came across was that my room overlooked an air handling unit out my window that was quite loud. I could not open my window to enjoy fresh air. I would stay again.
