"I am very satisfied with the hotel: + friendly staff + very close to supermarkets and restaurant + comfortable bed and pillows + mini bar (empty), coffee machine and kettle in the room + good quality of breakfast (4 types of bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs) + quiet neighbourhood I have two small concerns: - Sound isolation between rooms is not perfect, I could clearly hear the TV from the neighbour room. - Mini bar is plugged to a normal socket, so it switches off when...

"I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM."

"Great breakfast buffet, spacious room for family of four, close to tri-nation bridge. Staff were great, 24h front desk staff for check-in. We didn’t use the kitchenette due to short stay but nice touch. Only issue was no AC but the room had several fans. "

"The staff, particularly Natalia, were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of selection. Very close to Old Town although it was 58 steps down. Remember you must come back up! We opted out of room cleaning for our short stay and we were rewarded with refreshments. Excellent idea. Would definitely recommend."
