Parking was adequate. Tv channels are very limited. Microwave was dirty and missing the glass turntable. Carpet has burn holes. Continental Breakfast was pitiful. Had to cross the road and eat at McDonald's. No restaurants or stores within 10 miles. I was.required to leave a day early and giving them two days notice, they refused to credit the day.

Our room was fine except when I made our reservation in December I requested a King Size bed. When I went into our room it had 2 beds. I was told it was 2 Queens and they didn't have any King available. It sounded like that what we were getting and that was it. The Queen bed did not seem like a Queen - more like a full. Also the room was very close to the lobby and we heard a lot of chatter and other noises.

Reserved a smoking room. Got there and was told we have none we over booked. I smoke a cigarette about every 20 minutes. It was a long night having to go outside to smoke. The motel next door was 16 dollars cheaper but no smoking. I paid more so I could smoke.

Great stop over night and pet friendly. They are doing some remodeling but it is as clean as a hotel under construction can be. The staff was amazing!

Nice for the price!
The hotel was conveniently located and a great price. It is a little run down but they were working on it. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was ok but there’s a McDonalds next door. It was quiet even though it’s next to the interstate and a truck stop. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient to I-81
The Quality Inn in Bulls Gap is a hidden gem of a hotel. I booked my room on a whim during a long road trip and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my stay was - and the staff is beyond kind!

We were in the area visiting some friends. I would definitely stay here again. Service: not so great. When we arrived no one was up front to check us in. Rang the bell and called. Waited for a couple of minutes. Room interior: outdated, but that doesnt bother me. Bed and sheets: bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. This is most important to me. As long as the sheets are clean, I'm good. Bathroom: clean. Overall, I would recommend.

Nice people, but the room needed work.
I booked a room with a King sized bed, and was given 2 Queen sized beds when I checked in. The nice lady at the counter said that is the way it goes online sometimes. If she cancelled my reservation, I would probably loose the room for the 2 nights to someone else. The room I stayed in had a water faucet assembly in the bathroom sink that was not fastened down to the countertop. When lifting the handle to turn on the water, the whole thing came up, so it took 2 hands to make it work. How does a Maid not know things like this, and report it? I reported it when I went downstairs to refill the Kleenex. The man at the front desk was nice. The entrance to the room was very dim, the light made no difference on, or off. The mattress on the one bed was sagging badly. I did feel safe staying at this location. There was no need to be concerned about the area, or parkinglot.

At check in when we arrived, the front desk woman was out front smoking marijuana but came in once we were entering the lobby. The lobby reeked of marijuana smoke another customer even complained to us it was so bad. Also, I had reserved a King bed room but was given a room with two queen beds. Positives, the bed was comfortable, water pressure was great, hot water was on demand as soon as I turned it on for a shower and the location was good ( near a convenience store and a McDonalds). Our room was horrible. Very poorly maintained. Furniture old and falling apart. There was rust in the bathtub and the toilet hardly flushed. The light fixture switch was broken. For $100 a night, it should be a very nice place. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep there.

Disappointed. No record of my reservation when I arrived. T.V. did not work in room. On site breakfast did not have any eggs or waffle mix. Unprofessional appearance. Manager sitting on curb outside. The hallway and room smelled awful, like a mix of cigarette smoke and mildew. The boxspring of the bed was wrapped in plastic, which had dark brown stains on it. There was obvious mildew and peeling paint in the bathroom and the tub had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was also a large crack in the ceiling above the window by the AC which looked like it was mildewed. The staff was friendly. I didnt eat the breakfast
