"It is a nice hotel but several things make it bad. I am glad I only stayed 1 night. The room itself is very nice. After a 10 hr drive from Florida I just wanted to ck in, get my keys, eat, and go to sleep. I had to do another 9 hrs to Kansas. The check in line was long and they wanted a $50 deposit from me even tho I was staying a night. I was at the end of my vacation and I didn’t have it. I booked 3rd party so I had no idea that I needed a deposit or else I would have had it. TV picture was blue, people were loud and talkative all night. The beds were really comfy tho. Hot tub was not working and after a long drive my old butt really wanted that so please fix it! Oh and please change breakfast hours! People sometimes are late risers. You should at least do what the restaurants are doing. I was upset I couldn’t get breakfast for the road and I had to order McDonald’s which took another 30 mins cuz they messed up my order severely!"

"We travel a lot. This was one of the accommodations that we will absolutely return. Wonderful stay. We were there for the state basketball championship and it felt almost like we had a home away from home. The convenience to the glass house was unmatched."

"The Haven is the perfect spot for a large group. With 4 nice bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a group of 9 and it would have easily accommodated more. There are separate living areas and plenty of games for the kids. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and we appreciated the large dining table. Wonderful decks with great views! We would definitely stay again if in the area!"
