The resort was very relaxing. The restaurants were fantastic, especially Feathers Cafe. We will definitely be returning soon

Our room was clean but a lot of the halls, elevators etc were dirty and had trash laying around. The pool area was really nice but there were no towels. That’s ridiculous. The guy said you have to get here early in the morning to get a towel. They should keep washing the returned towels. We wanted to go in the hot tub in the evening and they had no towels. We could have used the ones from our room but what a pain.

The stay was wonderful, atmosphere was great, friendly staff. Room is a 8 out of 10, shower could have been cleaned better. Ice machine needed a good cleaning. No towels available at the pool, told completely out for the day, it was midday. Beach area was nice however. Overall, we give it a “B ” rating.

Overall, a nice resort. The hotel is not luxurious but also nothing bad about it. There’s a theater, food court, arcade and kids center that makes it good for families. pool with slides, big hot tubs, private beach. I would recommend for a quiet weekend getaway.

Room was not as clean as I like it. Food was excellent, wait staff nice but slow. Buying a drink was expensive and difficult to get UNLESS you were gambling.

They lie, IN WRITING (I have a copy) about having a dedicated 21 pool. Several staff tried to excuse that and also told me they could not get Dodgers baseball when they had it the night before, same network. Finally got it after 1/2 hour of complaint. Otherwise it is just a low end trashy river casino "resort". Beautiful, huge pools could be a big asset if they didn't lie about the 21 pool.

It was my first time staying at the Avi Resort & Casino, I enjoyed being there the staff is very friendly and casino and rooms are clean. I do recommend going there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room need updating, carpet in room was so dirty it felt sticky. Needs a shampoo. Bathroom was ok, but degfinetly needed a update. Water would be brown for a second when the tap was turned on. Staff were wonderful, pool was nice. Beach was clean. I would stay again if rooms were updated.

Both of the rooms were dirty , I had to be change to another rooms since el e had ripped bed sheets and stains, so the third rooms wasn’t as bad but still there stains on carpet, soda spilled around the bed frame,

Liked it’s family oriented. The building itself is a little run down. Hallways and elevator need some work in addition to vacuuming. The rooms were decent. Ok and clean. Didn’t like the fact that no food is allowed in pool area. Price is affordable. It’s far from other casinos in Laughlin.

We had a reservation for March 28- March 31. We decided to stay an extra day until April 1. Very nice hotel. Great amenities. Check in was a beeeze. Nice hotel staff. Pools we’re amazing and the lake was cold but expected for this time of year. We are definitely coming back

Front desk staff was super nice and really helpful. When we first arrived the room wasn’t neat, there was hairs on the sink, and a bit dusty and dirty around the room, they mentioned that they clean them every 3 days…and never mentioned that you need to call them for them to come and clean the room. Avia needs to improve on their cleanliness FOR SURE.

Overall it’s usually a nice stay but about a month ago they had a water issue that caused them to shut off the water and never issued a warning and letters to let us know we would not have water. Then last week I had no HOT water. Had to shower in the cold. Then the next day the water was disgusting color dark grey/black. Had to let it run for almost 20 minutes before it cleared up. Not to happy about the Avi lately.

I liked this hotel. Except for the yellow water in the tub, and blood drops on the floor my first room. The hotel staff except for the front desk. We're great. The front desk employees had the I don't give a crap attitude.
