Beautifully maintained hotel

Posted 23-Mar-2017
We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is well maintained, clean, the staff is courteous, and the bed was comfy (and didn't creak during certain activities). I was ecstatic about my stay. Way better than anywhere I've stayed in Vegas! And the price was just right! I'll definitely stay again! My only complaint is more due to my OCD. The decor in the room is not level. It was very bothersome to me.

Nice, friendly hotel

Posted 22-Mar-2017
Pros: Friendly staff. Room was very comfortable.
Cons: Include in room (or on TV) info on how to check out.
I and a friend were there for only 1 night to see family that were in Laughlin. Friendly hotel and other staff. However, Cove bar was very understaffed. It was March madness weekend and the bar area was busy. We waited quite awhile for drinks, appetizer, and to pay bill.

Nice hotel but starting to show age

Posted 22-Mar-2017
Pros: Location, price.
The location and quality of the hotel were ok. Nothing fancy and therefore, priced accordingly. Even though it offers all the right products but the overall quality of the hotel is starting to show its age. So, not a bad hotel stay but in order to attract more travels it needs some major renovation.

Great Room

Posted 21-Mar-2017
Pros: We liked the quality of the room...nice bedding, spacious, coffee maker in the room. The view was great with it's large windows.
Cons: The air quality on the main floor. Very smokey and uncomfortable.
Location: Centrally located among the casinos. There's an outlet mall across the street, scenic boat rides available along with jet ski rentals. Scenic walkway.
We had a great time here. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Windows from ceiling to floor are fun, with a view of the Colorado River, and the skyline of Laughlin. Two pools are great because children swam in the lifeguard attended pool, while we were able to sun ourselves in the other pool. I saw 2 tennis courts also. There's a walkway along the river, and chairs to sit. We watched the sun set, and visited with other guests. We enjoyed the McDonald's coffee and breakfast, and ate at Outback Steakhouse at night. Their buffet looked excellent!

Staff

Everything about out stay was great expect the staff. The only ones that across the board were polite and customer service oriented were the Bell hop. I did like my stay here regardless they have great options on food and have 2 pools that you can use.

Nice place to stay in Laughlin. Aquarius seems to be a bit nicer and newer compared to the other hotels there

Nice hotel on the waters edge.

Posted 20-Mar-2017
Pros: Clean, courteous staff.
Cons: Extremely smoky in the casino. I went back to my room smelling of smoke. Make smokers and non- smokers sealed casinos not just sections.
Location: Good location. It is along casino row, you can walk the boardwalk to the other casinos, there's an outlet mall across the street, movie theatres near
Clean rooms, friendly staff, courteous money changers, several restaurants, pool,
