The was an awful smell. Old property needs updating. Most basic room you will find in a hotel. Gave a very motel vibe

We didn’t like the smoke in the casino. The check in was in the casino and you have to walk thru there to restaurants. Even though I showed my ID, the clerk had an entirety different person when she gave me my room. I asked for a receipt at checkout and got one… but it was for a different person.

The hotel room was great, the staff was great, and it's a really nice hotel. The only downsides were... 1) Still required to pay the pesky daily resort fee, and I don't know what that includes. 2) Wifi, which I needed to use in the room, was advertised as free. However, when signing in, the free option is at 5MB. It was so slow that I went back to using my cell phone (and the hotel was not crowded at all, so there weren't a bunch of people using it).

It was very clean and staff were very nice. It was kinda a walk from parking garage to the tower we had. They do have 2 towers one is adult only and the other is family so that was really nice. The grounds were very clean and the rooms had amazing river views. However the river walk does stop at the Colorado Bell on the one side (since it is closed so all is blocked off)so you do have to walk around and go out by the road as there is no bypass at this time so that was a bummer but doable if you like to walk. We would stay here again.

Like - River Rock restaurant was excellent. Hotel located centrally on the Strip. Dislike - Unable to use cart to self load luggage - forced to use Valet. No internet service in rooms or casino. Free WiFi was poor. Visible repairs needed - bathroom paint and plumbing, exposed elevator panel.

The property was good. The rooms were clean and a good value. It is puzzling and inconvenient that a third of thr parking structure is devoted to valet parking???? And 2/3s of that was empty. Leaving the bulk of the customers hunting for parking spaces. This needs to be addressed.
