Das Essen war qualitativ schlecht und zum Teil kalt (z.B. Pommes oder auch gebratenes Gehacktes im Brötchen). Andere Gäste haben direkt aus dem Buffet probiert (unhygienisch).
Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht nutzbar, da die Türe mit Code verschlossen war - einziges Angebot der Rezeption, einen überteuerten Safe an der Rezeption zu buchen....

"We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."
