Recently completed a 4 night stay and the Westin and am very pleased. The hotel is almost perfectly situated for ease of shopping, dining and transportation. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. All my interactions with the staff were friendly, efficient and professional.
I dined at the hotel twice. The Breakfast Buffet was very comprehensive and truly geared towards an international clientele.
The only problems I experienced were 1. The Wi-Fi in my room would not connect. So my laptop was basically a brick during my stay. I feel sure it was due to my rooms location, and to be fair, I did not report the problem to the staff. 2. You have to insert your room key into a slot in the elevator before you can select your floor. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. A bit frustrating at times.
I will be back in KL in a few months and I will definitely choose the Westin for my next trip.

I booked a superior room through Expedia, thinking that I would get the Berjaya Times Square Hotel. Instead, we got to stay in the Berjaya Times Square Suites instead. The room was very big, though the decor was a bit dated and the couch was worn out that anybody who sat in it literally sank into the couch.

The front staff was very kind and helpful -- I extended my original 2-night stay to 4 nights! It was a nice location just across the street from Jalan Alor food street, but quiet. It was a twenty minute walk to Chinatown. I also enjoyed the small but simple gym. The 11th floor has a nice balcony. I would definitely stay there again.

"Excellent Buffet Breakfast and Close to Everything"
Expedia are booking superior rooms, when in fact there is no such thing... just standard rooms for that price...so don't be fooled into thinking you will have a large room... you can upgrade upon arrival and the staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. We stayed at this hotel last year and I complained about the dirty carpets, which seem to have been cleaned.

This hotel was nice, just walk by to shopping mall. Only that a bit noisy at night luckily my room was on highest floor. My only complaint that i already called the staff the day before to inform that my friend will check in for me as my flight will be late evening that day. Unfortunately, when my friend want to check in for me, the staff said they don't know anything about that.
