The villa features a private saltwater swimming pool, stylish and fully equipped interiors, and a spacious outdoor area for lounging or dining al fresco. Start your mornings with a delicious included breakfast, then hop on one of the two mountain bikes provided to explore the scenic Parenzana trail, located just nearby. Whether you're cycling through vineyards, walking to nearby viewpoints, or visiting hilltop towns like Grožnjan and Motovun, every day brings a new adventure.  
  
Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, this villa is your gateway to the authentic Istrian lifestyle—peaceful, active, and indulgent, all in one.
