Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home offers an open and airy living space, thoughtfully styled to highlight simplicity, natural materials, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Expansive windows frame the surrounding landscape, where kangaroos graze and kookaburras call.  
Sustainably built with energy efficiency in mind, the home is a respectful addition to its natural environment.  
Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub under a canopy of stars, or explore the bushland trails just beyond your doorstep.  
Whether you're seeking quiet reflection or a unique base to explore Victoria's High Country, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, design, and nature.  
INDOOR FEATURES:-Fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of cutlery crockery-Delonghi coffee machine with a supply of locally roasted 'Emme Mac Black' coffee beans-Premium 'Leif' body products-'T2' tea supply-WIFI-Full Laundry (incl washer, dryer ironing facilities)-Reverse cycle air-conditioning in each room-Wood fire place for the cooler months (wood supplied)-Bathtub (one in master suite one in main bathroom)-Double car garage

Reconnect, Recover and Restore however you please. Take in the valley views whilst watching the abundance of wildlife roam or take part in family game of frisbee on the front acreage of lawn.

Master Bedroom - King bed made with quality bed linen: ensuite  
Bedroom 2 - Super King bed made with quality bed linen  
Bedroom 3 - King bed, upon request can be split into 2 x long singles, made with quality bed linen  
  
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  
The wood fire hot tub is for use on request only - the tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled for each booking. The tub isn't preheated unless organized prior to guest arrival with the host. The tub is filled with fresh spring water so the color of water will vary on weather conditions  
\*During fire danger periods across December - March the tub is for cold plunge use only, again when requested.\*  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY  
  
2.1 In the event of a Natural Disaster or Government orders including but not limited to weather, illness, flight cancellation, major utility outages or lockdowns that result in cancellation of a booking held our standard cancellation policy applies. It is the guests responsibility to obtain DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover them for such events. By booking with Haus and Heim Accommodation the guest acknowledges the risk of a Natural Disaster or Government orders occurring with little to no notice and accepts the cancellation policy in full. We recommend all guests obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows.  
2.2 Bookings cancelled, 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will receive a full refund (excluding the credit card fees).  
2.3 Bookings cancelled, within 29-14 days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit 50% of the total booking fee (excluding the credit card fees).  
2.4 Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, will not receive a refund.
