The kitchen was great and had what we needed to prepare meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking in the driveway was very handy. Brian was very quick to answer any questions except for the very end of our stay. I asked twice if we could stay an extra night or two (we were helping our son move into a house around the corner and we weren't sure if the house would be ready in time for us to move in) there was no response. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. It was a great location between the Southtowns and Northtowns. But in spite of all of these positives, I would not rent from this owner again. There were no railings on about 16 stairs, no volume control on the TV which was set very low with closed captions turned on, almost no water pressure in bathroom sink, I could not locate a house manual, and last but not least, when I asked the owner about a couple of these issues, he did not respond. Wish there were more sheets for air mattress and blankets for living room. Street parking was tough as a lot of cars. Had to park one block over - not a big deal but something to consider.
