Our first time visiting Niagara Falls. Beautiful view of the horseshoe waterfall on a Canadian side. Staff was very friendly room was super clean and walkable awesome side, restaurants and casinos. Couldn’t be happier other than having to do remote parking. But I know it was busy with the eclipse crowd. Would definitely recommend

1 Breakfact voucher is fake..... only offers $1.off of breakfast. 2. Orderred steak n eggs....medium rear....steak was tough and dry ( maybe frozen steak) 3. Food in restaurant was very very salty. ordered spinach...was like a block of salt...meansit was stale and salt was to cover the staleness. 4 ordered the egg florentine....got 2 small eggs on a small toast- was salty. chicken was also salty and dry....possibly fake checked. Extremely disappointed with the food service was a ripp off...embarrassingly disgusting.......Will send the bills as I need my money back.....need my money back or an equivalent credit. will write letter to advise.

Victoria is awesome on the FD. she is the sweetest and kindest person. We were able to check in early and i even got upgraded to a fallsview. I was so excited. it made my vacation perfect. Thank you Victoria and also the really nice staff there. They are very welcoming.

Loved our stay here! The rooms were clean updated and well kept. Our suite was large and a big bonus was the mini fridge and microwave. Ice and vending were convenient and full. Walkable to nearly everything. Off site parking wasnt too far. The only thing i would mention is there appears to be a hot tub based on the layout of the pool area but its just an extension of the pool itself. Otherwise we will certainly consider as a number 1 option upon our return.

Staff was very friendly. Room had an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls. Most rooms of the hotel look at the back of the Hotel that is between it and the Falls or the other way. Make sure you get a room with a view if you want it. The room had a hot tub in the main room in front of the windows, and some of the drop ceiling squares above it were stained. Yuck. The room was very oddly shaped which was challenging with a wheelchair. Handicapped parking was easy and $15 cheaper than not handicapped. That was nice. Our stay was very nice, BUT we were incredibly uncomfortable in the morning because the sun shoots right in if you care to enjoy the view, but you can't turn on the AC unless it is above 65° outside (which is understandable), and the fan did not work. We were melting!

Checkin (and out) staff were excellent, very helpful. They allowed for a slightly early checkin and the rooms were on the same floor. The view from the fallsview w/jaccuzi was amazing, like the pictures. The king room had a fallsview that was not expected and lovely. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to all amenities.

Hi there, the bedding had bed bugs. Me and my boyfriend started having itching and later in the night we found one bed bug walking on the pillows. Tired to turn on the air conditioning on but that was also not working. In washroom the glass and sink shelves had very much visible dirt.

I stayed in a room with jetted tub and fallsview. View was quite amazing and it was worth the money. However i didnot like TV because there was no way i can connect it to internet so i got bored a little bit. Lamp was not working and one water bottle was not enough for couple. The room has a scent I don’t like plus the ceiling is old over the jacuzzi ceiling needs to change. Poor maintenance of the room all together
