4 ☆ Hotel out of 10 ☆ from me. Nice area Recoleta
Le Cinque Lusso hotel's promise failed to live up to expectations, I'm afraid. Whilst the reception is pleasing to the eye, accompanied by a grand piano, I might add; the real letdown had to be the rooms themselves. We'd based ourselves there & always came back to another room but each of the 4 rooms had seen better days. Either the windows/ bathroom door didn'close properly or the aircon did not work to finding stained rusty bath/shower areas to the shower in the executive room running just like a tap. Even a cockroach made an appearance! IMO, all the rooms badly needed a total refurb. Even the main lift is the old-fashioned grill/door you have to shut; otherwise, there will be no liftoff, so to speak. How many times have I run upstairs to close the grill to call the lift??? Even the hardback books on BA were printed in 2006!!! Ancient & out of date! However, the plus points had to be the friendly & helpful staff & also the buffet breakfast which had a good & extensive offering. The juices & yoghurt drinks were top-notch. We always looked forward to breakfast! It was just a shame, on one occasion, I had to insist on moving to another room due to a bathroon leak multiplying to several bathroom leaks. Also, early on our stay, the afternoon/evening cleaner suddenly burst into our room by mistake, surprised to find it was occupied! Finding me in my jimjams, sitting on the edge of my bed watching TV & the Mrs tucked in bed, the outcome could have been much worse, I'm sure!!!

Publicidad enganosa. Estafa con cambio de dinero. El personal no grato. El lugar sucio y viejo. El elevador no funciona. No recomiendo a nadie este lugar. Teniamos pensado quedarnos por 1 semana ahi, afortunadamente no hicimos la reserva para ver bien el lugar. Unos pesos mas y te hospedas en un lugar mejor. Mala experiencia.

Make sure you check the room before you “accept” it, meaning agree to stay in the room. There is more chance for you to get some refund if you don’t like the room and you refuse to stay. After you decide to stay in the room, it means you accepted the room as is and you are unlikely to receive a refund

Location is the only good thing. This hotel is probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. The room and everything in the room are disgustingly dirty. Linens had all sorts of stains on them Staff fo not even want to help. Noone in the hotel can speak English. This hotel cannot be even 1 star. Photos on the eebsite is totally fake. They dhould not be even running business in hospitality.

One of the reception clerks (Davi?). He does not speak English almost not at all, and this creates a problem with communication. and also he is not very friendly. All other three reception staff very good.

good location, but not 4 stars as advertised. This is a good 3-star hotel, period. Not even a very good one. It is disorganized, not for business (my room had a tiny table for decoration purposes only, with a wobbly chair, no AC outlet nearby where I could connect my computer). I arrived at 9 am and asked if there was a chance to get the room any earlier. Rude answer saying twice that the check in time is at 3 pm, which I knew and it wasn´t what I asked. He did not even bother to check if that was possible. The person in reception went away and another guy came in, darker skin, with Spanish accent from Central America. I asked the same question, looked into the computer, and said yes, come back after 12...Which I did, they gave me a room. The room wasn´t finished and they didn´t even know. So I went back to them and they sent me to another room, that one was finished. There were too many people taking care of reception and nobody seems to be in charge. There is a safe inside the room, but the lock has to be supplied at reception when you check in. Nobody told me that when I checked in, of course, so I had to go back downstairs to ask for this. The mattress was bigger than the bed, so someone could easily fall. And several other problems like this.

Me quejé una y otra vez que limpien mejor, que nos den una mejor habitación, la tasa del baño partida. Todo daba asco, la atención al cliente pésima. Quisiera mi dinero de vuelta, y la tasa que ofrecen aquí es el doble de lo que se debería de pagar

Yo no se si es la inflacion o que pero deja mucho que desear para ser cuatro estrellas parece una estrella ,luna cucaracha grande me visito de noche y se perdio en la alcantarilla del baño de noche y en el desayuno pasean x el area de desayuno los cubiertos todos doblados el desayuno super extra basico las facturas no son frescas el cafe sabe horrible muy deteriorado desde varios años que no hacen nada en el establecimiento

Pior lugar impossível. Elevador fantasma com socos na subida e descida. Frigobar quebrado e sem previsão de conserto, o recepcionista ofereceu o dos funcionários para tentar amenizar a total falta de conservação do local. Quando liguei o ar condicionado foi a gota d água. Não sabia se era elétrico ou a gasolina, um barulho infernal. Fui embora e ainda estão tentando me combrar, mesmo com o estorno feito na mesma hora do pagamento. Estresse e nervosismo ao extremo em 30 minutos. Pessimo local para ir, totalmente sucateado.

Creo que ha sido de las mayores decepciones de hoteles de mi vida. Ese hotel no tiene ni 4 estrellas ni media siquiera... Deberían cerrarlo: anticuado, sucio, las puertas de los cuartos no cierran bien, las toallas y sábanas llenas de manchas amarillentaa y con pelos, el desayuno tenía 2 cosas… Verdaderamente lamentable. Además 100€ por noche (!!). Una estafa. Solo destaco la atención del chico que estaba por las noches que fue muy amable y eficiente. Del resto no rescato nada. Jamás se lo recomendaría a alguien.

Mediocre.2 estrellas. Muy mal mantenido. Toallas manchadas o rotas.Vidrios que nunca se limpiaron, debe ser hace años. Todo desgastado. Nunca se me informo que no habia agua caliente y me entere por un huesped que llevaba 3 dias dañado. Fue una falta de respecto que me hubieran hecho el checkin y pagado y luego si me hubiera enterado.

Baño de la habitación sucio y toallas sucias
El primero día que llegamos no nos percatamos de la limpieza de la habitación pero se veía bien hasta que decidimos tomar un baño y la tina estaba con pedazos de jabón viejo y pelos cortados, nos dio mucho asco y solicitamos cambio de habitación a lo que nos respondieron que debíamos haber percatado de eso antes de tomar la habitación, las toallas blancas estaban sucias, solo nos cambiaron las toallas y que aseo solo podían hacer hasta el siguiente día porqué todas las habitaciones del hotel estaban ocupadas. De resto estuvo todo ok para estar dentro de un hotel "4 estrellas".

Hotel antigo e que precisa de reformas, até aí não vejo problemas desde que a limpeza fosse impecável o que não aconteceu, a moça entrava no quarto só pra arrumar a cama, não passava uma vassoura pra tirar a poeira. O Wi-Fi era insistente no quarto, só pegava na recepção. Quanto sem suporte para colocar as roupas, tinha um grande guarda roupa com 5 cabides e só, nenhuma prateleira e um suporte para mala apenas, estávamos em dois e uma mala teve que ficar no chão. Tomadas que não aguentaram o meu secador de cabelo... Falta de papel higiênico, meu marido teve que buscar na recepção. Enfim, não recomendo. Amo ficar na Recoleta mas não volto mais para este hotel.

O atendentr não encontrava a reserva, qdo encontrou nos mandou ao quarto errado. Estavmos em 2 quartos, um nao havia toalhas e outro nao havia papel higiênico no banheiro. O banheiro estava com vapor, parecia q havia sido usado. Muito barulho para dormir. As áreas comuns são assustadoras, parece uma casa fantasma. O café da manhã é razoável.

O único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização
Pontos negativos: - Não havia toalhas no quarto quando entramos, eu tive que solicitar toalhas na recepção por duas vezes na nossa estadia. - Estava bastante frio na cidade, sendo que, um dos dias chegou há fazer 4°C e o quarto não tinha aquecimento, muito menos cobertores descentes para um frio desses. Solicitamos outro cobertor, porém, tão fino quando o primeiro e foi mesma coisa que nada. Tivemos q dormir de conjunto de moletom. - O chuveiro dentro da banheira é péssimo, mesmo. Super escorregadio, eu cai e bati o braço o que deixou ele roxo. - Se você ficar em um dos quartos virados para rua (que foi o nosso caso) se prepare para acordar às 6h AM com buzinas e ônibus pesados passando na rua. Na descrição dizem que as janelas são antirruídos, mentira. - O café da manhã não tem opções praticamente, é pão e café, melão e kiwi todo dia. - A noite eles trancam a porta de entrada do hotel, fazendo com que você fique na rua esperando alguém vir abrir, às vezes demora. - O quarto NÃO tem frigobar, nós tivemos que solicitar diversas vezes e eles só trouxeram quando falamos q precisávamos por medicamentos na geladeira. Pontos positivos: - Apenas a localização, é bem perto de pontos turísticos, 2 metrôs, restaurante e bares.
