Eduardo at the front desk was super. The hotel is in a great location. It was a little dated and worn in my room. Stores, dining, busses, all very close. The city is rather dirty, but the property wasn't. Very basic breakfast...coffeee, tea, breads, juice...no meat or eggs. I was only there for 2 nights, so it was fine.

Centrally located, affordable.
Price was very good. Staff was excellent. Rooms were adequate, but dated. Air Conditioner worked, neighborhood is a little dodge at night. Don't expect too much from the breakfasts.

The front desk staff was amazing!!! They were incredibly helpful especially with booking tours that would pick up from the hotel. We went to an incredible tango show, gaucho tour, and tour of Colonia Uruguay. They even helped with booking a Broadway style show, Querido Evan, in Spanish! Such an amazing visit!!!

Ask ONE question to the front desk personnel they will be happy to reply. If you ask a second one, they are impatient. We reserved a room for 3 but amenities were available for 2. Had to ask for amenities for the 3rd person. The hairdryer didnt work, again had to ask for one. Internet was unstable. The location was good. Super small elevator that fits only 3 people. We used the cups, they were not cleaned/replaced the next day.

Great value for money. Just two concerns. Bed was disformed, like lying inside a crater. And it took several followups and about an hour before housekeeping came to fix a clogged toilet.

Great hotel close to everything.
The front desk was very nice and helpful. I don't speak that much spanish and they were very nice and helpful to me. They made sure to help me with anything I needed or anywhere I needed to go. Very accommodating to whatever I needed. The rooms where always clean. Was centrally located and very easy to get to all attractions bus trains etc. Pleanlty of good places to eat nearby.

Good hotel. Clean comfortable great AC and WIFI
Early check in and luggage storage appreciated. Nice room on top floor with terrace which was great at night when the temperature dropped and the sun went down. No soap in room and no tissues only minus point. Very good AC and WIFI. Safe to walk to local restaurants and bars. To my surprise breakfast room closed but shop opposite had coffee and two croissants for less than two pounds. Recommended.

Nice hotel for the price
It was with in walking distance to several restaurants and easy to find. The hotel staff was ok not super excited to help. The carpet was old and dirty and the hotel needs some updating. The sink next to refrigerator didn't work and when I asked about they said they would look into but never saw anyone come to look at it. Bathroom was super tiny but kept clean towels stocked.

Well located hotel, 4 blocks from Puerto madero and 10 minutes walk to Obelisco. The hotel is old and facilities need to be renovated, but it was OK for 1 night. Location was convenient and beds were comfortable.

Hotel in a well located position in Buenos Aires
We stayed at this modern hotel last year and had no hesitation in returning this year. It is within walking distance of most parts of the city that tourists wish to see. Just down the road is the very modern dock area which must surely rival its London and Liverpool counterparts. The train and bus station are also walkable. This is also accepted as being in a safe area. All this and a reasonable rate for bed and breakfast. It occupies a corner site which can be a bit hard to spot as it is somewhat obscured by a leafy tree.

A Great place to stay :-)
No need to be afraid of the neighbourhood, but rather watch when you walk late at night (a common rule: if you're alone on the streets, film there are no other people around you, the be more vigilant). The hotel is great, the staff friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is very safe and clean (to me this is most imortant). I have renectly stayed at a another hotel here where the in-room safe was out of order and unusable and the staff did not care about it - needless to say, I have instantly checked out and went to another hotel). I did not use the hotel restaurant. All in all, this hotel is very affordable, safe and clean, the location is good (centrally located to most attractions and tourists' needs), the staff are all very friendly and professional. And that is all I need :-) I would return, and definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends/family and total stranger.

Not enough staff at night, only on concierge in charge of the whole 9 floors. Wifi did not work in three different floors, Rooms need maintenance, toilet broken in first room, second room given, door not opening, third room: wifi dis not work the whole night. Not pleased. Staff member sleeping at night, did not answer phone calls forcing to get dressed and go downstairs for service. Hopefully HR can address these issues soon. Very good location. Hotel has potencial but needs human effort. Admin should consider having a second person at night. Replace people that go on vacation instead of overworking the remaining staff.

The staff were very helpful n took the time to give me drections on metro to places I was visiting in Santiago .The location is 2 blocks from Florida n metro an was very convenient.
