Worst experience we have ever had booking with VRBO. Could not pay through VRBO, had to make 2 payments through PayPal. Fliphaus communication and check in was awful. Couch was unusable, homeless asleep in front, patio had no furniture, no amenities in kitchen, funky drain smell. We have rented around the world and never had problems like this.
