Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel ! Aire acondicionado dañado , mosquitos por toda partes , ascensores pequeños y viejos , no hay mucho por los impedidos , sucio .. en fin nos tuvimos que ir ! 4 habitaciones de 6 que se reservaron tuvieron que dejar el hotel Inodoro que no servia , agua negra para bañarte

Second night power went off, they had a generator that partially covered the facility, it won't even turn on one light in the room. Elevators were working so I used it to go downstairs and got stuck on it. Elevator alarm and phone didn't work so I have to call 911. My wife noticed I was taking too long to return to the room and when check and her me banging the elevator door and noticed the staff. Lucky me the elevator suddenly started and door opened at the basement. Went to the first floor firefighters had already arrived, staff was trying to fix the problem, etc. Same night I asked the staff to call a taxi but he said he couldn't do it so we have to go out to find one. Next two mornings there was no hot water in the facility. The manage gave us a food voucher for a local restaurant as a gesture but the restaurant service was horrible, there was none. Power went out they couldn't cook but they wanted us to wait but we left and went to the another restaurant. We returned the voucher to the front desk, explained what happened but that was it no more words from the management or anyone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND, IT IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

this hotel must be maximum 2 stars instead of 4 stars as this showing in the advertise. lack maintenance. mold smell in the room. i do not recommend this hotel.

FYI, the Expedia notice that this property is only available for essential travel seems to be very much out of date and no longer in effect. This property is in a quiet corner of Recoleta, very convenient to nearby museums and other attractions. (Upon first arrival, don't be put off by fenced off construction across the street, which makes the immediate surrounding look a bit industrial.)

Great location & super value ..... the staff was fabulous. The facility is not posh or super high end, but would stay again (unless I win lottery). But then the staff wouldn't be as helpful I suspect - lol.

Staff were amazing nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast buffet was very good, limited selection, Cards to get elevators moving hit and miss. The room was great spacious and clean. Great facility for price we paid. FYI Uber works really well in Buenos Aires

This hotel is located in a great safe neighborhood in Buenos Aires. It’s no frills but a great deal.

Very nice hotel in a brilliant location. Staff are excellent. I believe the website stated coffee making facility in the room. To me this should mean 'free', ie a water kettle and instant coffee. There is only a nespresso machine (which is nice) but the capsules are chargeable. Overall, loved the stay.

I will have ro disput a transaction with my credit card if the hotel doesn't give me back the money I paid them for my stay out there. Everything was so terrible that i not even stayed there 24h. Now I'm fighting for my money back from Orbitz and the hotel. Terrible experience, staff couldn't care less.

The desk clerks were so very helpful and accommodating. A very nice breakfast. Close to restaurants and cafe shops and other sites. Was very happy with our stay. Thanks for making it extra special.
