Outdated, no power outlets by the beds. Good luck with CPAP machines or charging phones or laptops. The hot water is so hot that will harm you. Tried to call for room service and nobody answered. Asked for a room service menu and took 3 hours for me to get it. Many homeless in the area and interesting that the front door is locked even early afternoon, that made me wonder about the safety of the area. Only plus bfast is included, nothing special but OK.

Exceptionally clean. Desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Spoke excellent English. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Located just a block off Florida Avenue and within easy walking distance to shopping, food, and cultural activities. Would stay again!!

The hotel has seen better days. The rooms are big and the beds are ok. The rooms feel empty and not welcoming or cozy. The air conditioning dropped drops of water on the floor if leaving it on all day. I selected this hotel because I was offered a "secret" deal, plus a wine bottle at the arrival, but nobody held responsabilty on the wine bottle. The staff said that I had to get in touch with Hotels.com so that they could bring the bottle... Logic tells me it was the hotel the one in charge of giving it to me. Well, anyways, you get what you pay for. It is ok if you are only sleeping at the hotel. Don't expect ANY luxuries. The neighborhood is ok but has plenty of homeless people living around.

We have stayed at this Hotel on 2 occasions and have found it excellent we did have an issue this time around but was resolved immediately by an upgrade to a suite location is ideal close to Florida Street for shopping etc and other attractions we are staying here again next week on way back from Patagonia

The staff were extremely helpful and obliging. Certainly recommend the use of the front desk booking a taxi - you are told the price at the front desk for your final acceptance. The hotel kept our cases in a secure storage area for several days while we traveled around and we received a warm welcome on our return. The only downside was the water supply in the room, which was a little spasmodic and required some patience.

Location was great and walking distance to shopping, information on what to do etc. Staff were very accommodating and it was no problem to change rooms when we asked due to a problem with the air conditioner. Bed was comfy but pillows were not so great. Lovely fruit at breakfast.

Location is good since it is centrally located. I felt the breakfast was mediocre: They serve brewed coffee that has been sitting for hours, and the quality of the pastries and croissants is not good. Dazzler needs to offer better coffee and maybe a simpler breakfast with better ingredients, including organic food. Something that was really annoying not to have electrical outlets near the bed stands. It was really bad to have the electrical plug to charge my cell phone on the other side of the room.

It was very noisy - both outside with music and people talking until late, as well as people coming back to the hotel to the rooms around us. They were talking really loud and the walls were thin. We could also hear people going to the bathroom. I had also requested a quiet room, which was definitely not what we received. It was disappointing for our first time staying in Buenos Argentina as we did not get much sleep at all. The only plus was being in the San Martin area, which was nice.

Nice hotel. Every now and then I get lucky in the draw for a room. This stay I got the jackpot, or so I thought. The room was a suite with 1 1/2 bathrooms, living room and separate bedroom. Wow, I thought. As I settled in around 4 in the afternoon I kept hearing a "roto-hammer" in the adjacent space, it would go on and off about every 20 minutes, it would only last about 2 minutes. "mmm they must have given me the upgrade because they are working on the hotel or working on the space next door that the hotel has to put up with. Later, when I came back from diner the same noise would methodically go on and off. it never quit. Although I do think the timing spread out at night. Don't know what it was, but it did compromise the way I rate this hotel. On a positive side, the staff was fantastic and kind. I would stay here again, but be weary of the rooms that might be close to the noise.

Great Location, Dazzler
The Hotel is located in a very nice and secure area, walking distance to bars and shopping places. The service is great and the gym is quite ok.
