You can’t rest in this hotel.
The noises were terrible. In the first floor it’s impossible to sleep. The bars close 3 am every day with drunk people shouting and laughing until 3 or 4am in the street below the rooms. The pillows are though and uncomfortable, all of them. No relationship between the price and the quality.

Location, location, location!
As the title implies, great location! There are a ton of restaurant option available right beside the hotel, and even a souvenir shop literally next door. The Recoleta Cemetery is right across the street (recommend checking it out even if it seems weird that it would be a tourist spot). The host was fantastic, and the breakfast was above average for a buffet/continental breakfast. Only issue was parking, but there is a parkade at the mall across the street. Ask the host for directions if you're not sure how to get to the entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad facilities. Doors inside the apartment were missing the lock and couldn’t be closed, including bathroom. You can hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from other rooms. Sex (good for them) next door could be heard as if it was on our own room, the banging on the wall literally moved our room door that was already semi open. You can hear every movement on the other room’s bathroom so loud that you can’t sleep. I would never return. VIP status non existent.

No luxuries but very nice staff
So their elevators, they had two, were both breaking during our entire stay. The first day we were stuck in the elevator twice. Like checked in and then got in the elevator to go to our room and got stuck. We were in there for about 5 minutes before they got it running again. The staff there is very nice. The hotel is very basic. Beds are old and saggy. Tiles broken in the bathrooms. Air con working so so. Had to switch rooms due to a smoking neighbor-not the hotels fault they have no smoking signs posted. Our next room was better and a little cleaner. No hair in the bathroom. Our first room though was not clean. Still trash in the trash can of the bathroom. The best thing about the hotel is their sweet and kind staff and the location. You are smack dab between bars and restaurants with the gorgeous cemetery recoleta across the street.

The location was excellent. Just across from Recoleta Cemetary. Several fun restaurants and bars within 100 meters. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff great and very helpful. Breakfast sufficient with options, not five star but definitely enough. Area walkable and felt safe. Plenty of options to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. Hop on hop off bus stop two streets away. Worth the price. I would recommend.

Clean and great location
Cyan is as clean as it can be and the staff is really friendly. This place is all about location… location is excellent. If you are looking for silence and peaceful sleep take into account that Cyan is located right in the middle of a bar area so expect street noise until early hours. However, if you are looking for a great location and don’t mind the noise, this is a good place. They should think in some renovations as a lot in the room is somehow old, chipped or broken.

The room was just okay. Curtains and blankets had holes in them. The bathroom was wet all the time, with water leaking. No washcloths, no coffee in the room. Terrible value for the price.

I stayed here during my work trip. The hotel was really clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. One staff, Celeste, was especially amazing! The breakfast was basic but descent. I will definitely stay here again if I visit BA in the future. I want to also note that this area is really really safe and convienient (it is 20 steps away from a big shopping mall). But it does get a bit noisy at night as there are restaurants and bars on the ground floors of adjacent builings.

Good location
The location is excellent for walking along Recoleta. Plenty of close restaurants to eat at. The room was clean and functional. Service at night had its mix of friendly and non-so serviceable staff.

The location is very convenient for exploring Buenos Aeries on foot. The Recoleta Cemetery is just across the way, and there's a nearby park for respite. Also, one of the best cafes is just a block away. Reception staff were very helpful and full of information.

Excellent location. Restaurants adjacent to property and shopping very close. Clean rooms and nice unobstructed view of traditional landmark cemetery and beyond up to the river (we were in the 9th floor)

A great hotel in a prime location! My room had an amazing view of Recoleta Cemetery...that meant more street noise, but I had ear plugs so I slept fine. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are very friendly. The only thing I didn’t really like about the room was the shower...the inner curtain is too short and would completely envelop me while taking a shower. But overall I enjoyed it and would stay there again.
