We had bed bed bugs in our room! They offer to switch room which had bed bugs too! And they won’t answer when we ask for a refund! Stay away !!!! Very disappointed !!!

This property was very clean and it was a very nice experience. I liked the proximity to the parks and green belt areas of Palermo from this location. The security staff members were very kind and helpful. The only thing that would have been an improvement would be if easier access to the outside balcony would have been possible. I noticed that the weather screen that protects the sliding glass door could not be lifted up giving a person easier access to the balcony area. Such a great stay at Color Botanico. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Palermo area
We had a small studio apt. Location was great. Easy and safe to walk anywhere. Staff was very nice. We did have some language trouble, but we figured it out. Not much English spoken anywhere in S.A. No daily maid service, but we were good with that. Didn't need it.

Perfect stay.
Check in was quick and easy. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. There is always someone at reception which was great because our luggage was delayed and we didn´t have to stay in our room waiting for it. One lady speaks english which is handy if a person speaks no spanish. Area was within 5 minutes walk to many shops and restaurants. Sube transit cards are tough to obtain so the english speaking let me hers, fantastic. I would certainly stay here again.

Great stay in Palermo
A very convenient option, a short walk to Plaza Serrano and Plaza Italia. The staff were very helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment style hotel
This is an apartment style hotel, having a complete kitchen. I was in Buenos Aires for a week for a series of business meeting and did not want to stay in a regular hotel because I wanted more privacy. My choice to stay at this hotel was perfect for my needs. I cooked, relaxed a lot without being bothers by people around.

This little apartment complex has an excellent location right in Palermo Soho. Staff is friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. Internet is a bit slow.

Location, location, location. Best location to do most anything touristic or business. The front desk (Marisa and her team) were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. I will certainly make this place my preferred place to stay for business or pleasure when I come back to Buenos Aires.

Excellent Wi Fi, which in BA is rare. Great restaurants anc coffee shops all over. Front desk staff super friendly. We stayed 5 night and they came to clean and change towels in the middle of our stay, which we did not expected. Area is safe, even at night, although is a bit too far to use the “subte”( underground system ), 10’ walk.

Spacious room with kitchenette. Large balcony. Great location (very close to Don Julio parrilla - one of the best steakhouses in BA) but lots of late-night street noise. AC didn’t work well. Pillows a bit hard. Friendly staff.

Fabulous Apartment in the City
The staff were very helpful (and organised for us to stay an extra day on short notice after our flight was cancelled), the apartment was great, very clean and super modern, with lots of space and a balcony and in a very convenient location. The only small negatives are that the toaster did not work and the shower took some time to get warm, but otherwise the apartment was fantastic and I would recommend it.

Great hotle for families!
We spent 2 weeks with a 5 and a 2 years old kids. The apt is great for families and the location is excellent. There are a lot of good restaurants, grocery shops, coffee houses and great shops arround the apt. Puiblic transportation is great. Very reccomended!!!

A Gem right in the heart of trendy Palermo
We stayed for 11 days in September, in one of the Color Botanico's bigger apartments. We enjoyed the spacious light apartment with balconies and glass doors along the full length of the room. Although this is situated in a busy street during the day, the area is mostly apartments and the traffic is light and mainly quiet during the night. It is within an easy walk to several subway stations and a multitude of cafes and restaurants along with trendy shopping just a few streets away and a small supermarket just doors away. We felt very safe walking the streets in the area even very late at night. The staff were very helpful, ordering cabs for us and even letting us use the room after the checkout time on our last day as we were flying out late.

Perfect apartment-style hotel
We had friends who live in Palermo, and picked Color Botanico because it was close to their house. The hotel was even better than we'd hoped for! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The balcony was a nice treat. The room was modern, spacious and very clean, the bathroom had a whirlpool tub, and the kitchenette came in handy. Not a lot of frills, but exactly what we needed. Recommended for folks who don't want to feel like tourists, but just blend into a real neighborhood.

Good Value in Palermo Soho
Color Botánico is a comfortable, modern, no-frills apartment option located in the heart of Palermo Soho. Its staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for local dining options (e.g., the famous and excellent "steak house" Don Julio's is on the corner) and cafés. It is also a superb starting point for setting out on explorations of other parts of BsAs via public transit, taxi or even by foot. If you don't mind a largely "self-service" accommodation, it offers good value. We stayed for 10 days, and had a good experience.
