Check in was very quick and smooth. The receptionist was able to offer us many options of local things to do, an overview of different neighborhoods, and answer all of our questions. The location is amazing and convenient to all that we wanted to do. The interior itself is hip and cute. We loved our stay!

Wouldn’t recommend
The room and bed are fine, but everything else wasn’t. The bathrooms was so small you could barely sit on the toilet and the shower was questionable. But the worst thing about this room was the noise, the traffic noise was ridiculous. You are next to a main road, but the noise is so loud, you can’t even sleep through it and I can sleep through most things usually.

Nice Hostel.
The Hostel is very well located. It is small but is has what you need. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast is not big but it is nice. The area could be a little bit noisy at night. I like that they have hot and cold water and tea all day long!!

Small room. Bathroom was terrible. Shower was a pipe sticking out of the wall over the toilet. Water didn't drain well. Haaad to squeegee during shower to prevent floods in the room. No cold water for the shower. The shower head fell off when I touched it so I had to play plumber during shower. When you shower, the toilet paper gets soaked. It was quite the adventure!

They were really nice with me cause I made the booked in a wrong day and Art Factory and Expedia helped me to solve this question. The reception girls were nice also. But There's no hot water in the bathroom (room 14) It was a cold day, really disappointed about this. Thanks

Amazing location and nice hotel!
For the price it costs it is a 5*. New, clear, stylish, minimalistic and super-friendly staff. Whitest towels and bed linens. Good-great-and-cool! Good Internet speed still with some few interruptions.

Comfortable and very clean stay
Comfortable stay and very clean rooms. The staff were extremely friendly. They even let us store the bags the previous night so we could do a day trip to Iguzua falls. Very close to some good restaurants and bars!

Agradable, pero no cumplieron al 100%
En servicio en general fue bueno, si bien no tuvimos mucho contacto con el personal del hotel, el baño y la cama eran doferentes a las fotos, el baño muy pequeño y la cama doble eran dos colchones individuales sobre un sommier. Si bien la reserva de hotels.com y el mail de confirmación de arte Factory detallaban que el desayuno estaba incluido la recepcionista dijo que era un error y debíamos pagarlo por separado. En general fue una experiencia agradable con un par de puntos en contra por los acontecimientos mencionados

Kurze Transitnacht in Buenos Aires
Das Hotel ist für eine kurze Nacht oder für Personen mit wenig Anspruch ganz oke. Die 24-h Rezeption ermöglicht späte Checkins und frühe Checkouts und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch Englisch. Die Zimmer sind klein und ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Mit einem eigentlich tollen Stil im Hotel fällt dies aber erst beim Zimmerbezug auf. Das Zimmer ist hellhörig und die Dusche sehr klein und unkomfortabel. Sauberkeit ist so lala aber eigentlich i.O. Für einen kurzen Stop oder Hostellovers ist die Unterkunft ganz ok.

Hallo Christoph! Danke für deinen Kommentar! Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für unser Hostel entschieden haben. Was den Lärm im Raum angeht, werden wir bald neue Vorhänge (zusammen mit Gummidichtungen) einbauen, um die Räume schalldicht zu machen, und das wird auch helfen. Im Verhältnis zu den Badezimmern variieren sie je nach Zimmertyp. Sie wurden mit einem Hauch von modernem Design restauriert und wir versuchen, sie sehr sauber zu halten, da wir uns der Haupteinschränkung bewusst sind, die sie haben, nämlich ihrer Größe (einige, nicht alle!). Wir arbeiten daran, uns zu verbessern! Vielen Dank

El lugar donde esta ubicado es perfecto, muy cerca los coles y hay restaurantes y tiendas unas cuadras de ahí. El habitación está bien, la única cosa “mala” era que se escuchó mucho ruido desde la calle (la ventana no cerró muy bien) pero en general todo bárbaro. La chica en el reception y la cocinera eran muy amables.

el lugar nos gustó por su buena vibra, los chicos q nos atendieron dispuestos y amables. el desayuno normal. lo que a mi criterio debería modificar es: las toallas no estar rotas, los acolchados sin manchas y las sábanas deberian ser limpias.. Ajustar el tema limpieza en el tema blanqueria..

Muy bueno
El personal super atento, muy amable. Todo se veía moderno y limpio en una casona de estilo. En la habitación doble nos pusieron jabón nuevo todos los días. Lo único negativo es que no tiene ascensor por lo que hay que subir uno mismo su equipaje por la escalera, nos ayudó una chica del servicio por suerte. La ducha puede ser un poco estrecha si sos robusto pero fuera de eso todo bien, volvería.

En ningún lugar anunciamos que las habitaciones tienen teléfono, entonces no nos parece justo que presente una queja por algo que no incluimos en nuestro servicio y se sabe de antemano. Por cualquier cosa que necesite, está el teléfono de la recepción a su disposición. En otro orden de cosas, zona oscura? Estamos en una intersección perfectamente iluminada y segura, con tránsito de personas, bares y cafés a solo unos pasos.

Acima da média dos hotéis de Buenos Aires
Considerando os padrões de hotel de Buenos Aires que em geral são velhos e ruins este está acima da média. O banheiro não é tão pequeno como li em outros comentários, ele é maior do que de muitos apartamentos do Brasil. Tem mais ou menos 1,80 x 1,80 m. Da pra ouvir o barulho da rua mas consegui dormir normalmente, salvo algumas buzinadas no meio da noite, não tem janelas acústicas e a janela fica a 1 metro da rua. O café é muito bom e o hotel é bem localizado, a menos de 500 metros das melhores casas de Parrilla, e da pra ir em vários parques caminhando. Um fato ruim pra quem está de carro é que não tem estacionamento e os particulares que estão próximos cobram de 45 a 60 reais a pernoite. (300 a 400 pesos)
