The Male Receptionist was extremely informative and helpful when suggesting places to visit when time was limited. Accommodation was clean but a little tired, Unusual to find a kitchen as part of the accommodation but would suit back packers. Very quiet even though centre of Bueno Aires.

Front desk staff, especially Vladislav, were very helpful in booking tourist activities. All of them were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent too

Very slow WiFi not working at times. Not changing towels every day, old worn out towels. Could hear every step from room above. No heat.

Max, Thank you for sharing your comments with us. They are really helpful. We are working on the WIFI connection to improve it.The hotel controls the heat/ air conditioning, so it is impossible to control it in each room. Sometimes it isn't easy to accomplish every guest with the tight temperature.

Great hotel for a pre/post cruise home base
A reasonably priced hotel in a safe walking neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants and the cruise ship terminal. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day in the sun!

Vastly different from previous stay in this hotel
Extremely disappointed. A seven day stay began with an apparent toxic vapor on our floor (7) The odor was detectable during our first night's sleep. The hotel offered to change floors/rooms the following evening. STaff did their best but had no explanation for the matter

lovely stay
We had a most comfortable and relaxing stay. Our room was actually a suite and had BBC world which was a nice bonus for us. Hotel was also very reasonably priced. Actually extended our stay by 3 days. Location was also excellent with lots of good bars and restaurants as well as lovely parks and squares nearby.

Service was excellent. We arrived early and because our room was ready they allowed us up. If it wasn't ready they have a back room that our luggage would be stored safely until our room was ready. They spoke English very well which really helped as our Spanish is terrible. The pool on the roof was warm and inviting and the buffet breakfast excellent. We did have a meal there as well and absolutely delightful. Would recommend to anyone, reasonable price, excellent service.

Would give it a top score, but.....
I have two minor complaints: 1. There are no English speaking channels on the TV. 2. There is a small coffee maker in the room, but the hotel does not provide any coffee for it. Other than this I really enjoyed this hotel. The service was good, the breakfast was good, the beds are comfortable, and the location is great.

good location, room was very large. Tub was a bit awkward but OK. Gym equipment very old and needs to be refreshed. Pool OK but not heated and rooftop closes early even on New years Eve!

The breakfast is very boring and the coffee is terrible. The location is good but the front rooms are extremely noisy due to the buses and heavy traffic. Hotel is dated but comfortable, clean, and big rooms for the price.

Great location and all the creature comforts
The hotel is centrally located in the Retiro neighborhood which is a very upscale part of Buenos Aires. The hotel itself is very cozy and has a rooftop pool, gym as well as spa services. The surrounding neighborhood has tons of options for bars, restaurants and nightlife.

The decor is a little old-fashioned but the room was spacious and pretty good value for money overall. Beds and bedding were nice and clean though the towels could have been more luxurious. Breakfast had a good range of options though cutlery was not always replaced when it ran out and some of the cakes and pastries were a little dry. Reception staff were very helpful on a number of occasions.
