"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. At the time of booking, there was no mention that the property was under construction, which significantly impacted the overall ambiance and comfort of the stay. Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or not as described. The gym was not functional, there was no kettle provided in the room despite it being listed, and the promised welcome drink was never offered upon arrival. These may seem like small details, but they contribute to the overall guest experience and expectations. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of acknowledgment or compensation for these inconveniences. Transparency and proper communication go a long way in hospitality, and I believe this is an area that needs serious improvement. I hope management takes these concerns into consideration to improve future guest experiences"

"it is located in an incredible location. I had a balcony with a river view. I could sit in the afternoon and watch a parade of birds, including toucans. Be aware that the location is not within a town, so you are only at this property for meals and snacks. Also, the property does not offer much assistance for transportation to and from the location. The nature is amazing though, and made my stay worthwhile!"
