Thank you for reviewing our hotel, however it appears as if you might have our hotel confused with another hotel you stayed at. Our hotel has NO basement. There are only two floors. Our hot tub and pool are open 8am - 10pm everyday and have not been closed during those hours for the past year. Our town of Salida is a safe and friendly place, and seldom do we have anyone "hanging out" in the parking lot. I hope that when you realize that this review was made in error, that you come stay with us again and remember how lovely our town and our hotel are.
