A convenient washing machine for exclusive use and an electric kettle add further convenience to your stay. Thanks to the presence of partial air conditioning, the interior maintains a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days, ensuring rest and relaxation at all times.  
  
Externally, the villa is distinguished by its large garden for your exclusive use, perfect for soaking up the sea breeze or enjoying a barbecue with friends.
