Medelklasshotell med mycket bra och fräsch spa avd

Pros: Lugn läge med bra kommunikation. Tjejen som tog emot oss och skulle hjälpa oss var totalt bortblåst sedan vi fått träffa henne vid incheckningen.
Cons: Städningen?
Location: Helt Ok att ta offentliga kommunikationer till centrum. Mycket bra och bra organiserat. Vill man promenera till centrum är det helt OK och tar ca 45 m
Vi fick ett mottagande som vi förväntade oss. Vissa borde komplettera sin engelska. Lite dålig koll hos flera i personalen. Spaavdelningen var däremot helt OK. Rent och fint. Rummet dåligt målat och golvet var inte fräscht.

年月を感じるホテル

Pros: ホテルの地下に温水プールが設置されている点(泳ぐためのプールと、35度のぬるめの温泉、38度のややぬるめの温泉の3つのプールが設置されていました)
Cons: 全体的なリフォームが必要である点
Location: 鉄道の駅から徒歩4分・鉄道で市内観光の中心地まで5駅程度
5つ星ホテルではありますが、オープンからの年月が経っているのを感じさせるところがありました。滞在自体はとても快適なものでしたが、壁や設備なども経年劣化を感じ、新しいホテルと比較するとどうしても古さが否めません。ホテルにはレストランやバー、プールもついており、ゆったりとした時間が流れていました。 ロケーションとしては、ブダペストの観光地からのアクセスがあまり良くなく、地下鉄ではなく、旧式の列車で5駅程度離れたところにあります。もし市内観光へのアクセスを重視されるようでしたらほかのホテルをお勧めします。

町から遠く不便、回りに店やレストランは全く無い。 ダブルを頼んだらツインだった。 シングルベットを付けてダブルでしょと言われた。

Pulizia buona, personale impreciso indisponibile

L'hotel si presenta bene e pulito. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. La zona SPA si presenta fredda e l'unica sauna è quella a 95 gradi! La posizione è decentrata e per raggiungere le varie attrazioni occorrono sempre 15/20 minuti di taxi. A pochi metri c'è la fermata del tram. Il personale è un po' indisponibile e molto impreciso nelle informazioni. Nel complesso è un buon hotel

Ikke i nærheden af et 5 stjernet hotel.

Bortset fra en udmærket morgen buffet var mad og betjening en direkte katastrofe. Personalet var på ingen måder service mindet eller nærværende, og enkelte direkte uforskammet. Vi har rejst en del, og for første gang bestilt pizza udefra. Hotellet ligger for langt fra centrum. Den annoncerede schuttel kører to gange om dagen med ganske få pladser. Behandlingerne skal bestilles i god tid, da der er få behandler. Ikke et sted vi kunne drømme om at tage tilbage til!!

Natale a Budapest

Pros: la spa con sauna, idromasaggi, e piscine
Cons: Inserire del personale che parli italiano in un hotel a 5 stelle.... mi sembra il minimo
Location: Anche se l'albergo si trova lontano dal centro è ben servito da tram, autobus e metropolitana.Nelle vicinanze non c'è un bar,
Albergo a 5 stelle... 3 sono anche troppe.Neanche una persona parlava italiano.Hanno richiesto al check in un cauzione di 234,00 euro....Abbiamo prenotato una cena alle ore 19,30 per le ore 20,00 e dopo un ora e mezzo di attesa, ci sentiamo dire dalla cameriera che non sapeva quando la cena fosse servita , siamo dovuti andar a mangiare da un altra parte, avendo due bambine piccole che dopo un ora e mezza di attesa si erano spazientite.....Moquette nelle zone comuni sporca, fatiscente,muri scrostati.

Four star not five

Lovely hotel but I do not recommend the hotel restaurant. Service was slow, the portions were small and it was expensive. Bar food was better but again the service was slow.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotel, 30-40 mins from the thick of things Only have to catch the 1 tram to m3 underground Nice swimming pools especially the heated ones
