Fantastisk hjælpsomt personale, som var parat til at stå på hovedet for gæsterne. Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre - alt lå en ganske kort gåtur væk.
Når man kom tilbage til hotellet om aftenen var sengen redt, sutskoene sat frem og en frisk vand stod på natbordet.

First of all we would like to thank you that you have chosen our hotel for your Budapest stay and that you enjoyed our good location and the service provided by our friendly and helpful staff.
On the other hand we regret that we failed to inform you properly about our breakfast options within the hotel. According to their preferences, our guests may choose from buffet, continental, and in-room dining breakfast and we have our ÉS Deli in the Lobby serving gourmet sandwiches and pastries.
Further to your comment we would like to advise you that a coffee machine is one of the extra amenities in our Grand Deluxe Rooms and Suites, and we hope upon your next visit you will enjoy this benefit when booking these categories.
