Great location near the Xmas market!
Such a great location right in the heart of the Xmas market. Hotel is nice, great beds and good overall flow. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and so was the housekeeping staff (I really wish I remembered the name of the kimd lady who worked on the 8th floor). the Bistro restaurant is average at best, food is pretentious and bland, and the staff is just the same. Breakfast is ok, but same thing with the staff. Detached, annoyed and lack customer service. Our waiter was chatting with the hostess while we were waiting to place an order and when I went over and I asked for service he barked at me to return to my table. I tried to ask him when the Xmas market would open and he said "how would I know, I only work here). Was the most uncomfortable breakfast. I would return for the location but never for the service. Spa service was nice but I wish you had a hot tub.
