Amazing location, only a 2 mins walk to a nearby metro station. Breakfast was included and was great. Would recommend staying here given the price is also very reasonable

Good points: Nice, clean, friendly and comfortable. Downside: curtains not black out so let light in early morning. I had a room overlooking the street which was also very noisy, very early (5am). Internet / wifi not great. Not a great choice of restaurants within close proximity unless you like fast food pizza or kebab.

It was the second time staying at this hotel. This time the Sissi wing. The staff at the reception is alwasy friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Wide range of food for breakfast. I’d recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely come back again.

This accomodation is spot on. The guy at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast area is cosy, the variety of food is good, although more vegan friendly option would be great. I defenately recommend this hotel.

This property located in cozy street. Room has bathtub and the fridge. I used both. It's important for me. I can put bottle of water to cool down, and take a bath after walking around the city long hours. I walked from this hotel to thermals pools, to good restaurants, to historical center of the city. Hotel has very nice celection of food for breakfast buffet.

Good hotel -could be better with room kettles!
This is a really nice hotel in a surprisingly quiet street in the the city centre. The staff are friendly, efficient and speak excellent English. My room was spotlessly clean and a good size. Dittto the bathroom. The Wifi worked well. Overall the booking offered excellent value for money. The one irritation was that no tea or coffee making facilities were provided in the room. That is is surprising for a 3 Star hotel.

I consider the hotel stay to be average. The biggest nightmare is a small and strange bath tub, in which it was very difficult to wash or shower. Breakfast ok, although always the same. Parking paid 15 euros per night, we were able to park practically in front of the hotel during the weekend free of charge. Close to shops: Aldi and Spar. Close to the center.

I made the mistake of reserving a single room. Turns out this is a bit of a joke among the staff. Though the square footage is that of a normal room, the ceiling is severely sloped, making it impossible to stand upright in most of the room. In other words is a storage space assigned as a room. Speaking to the staff brought only the smug reply, "Its a room according to EU standards." So if your'e going to stay, suggest you pay the 10 euro a night more (43 to 53 euro a night) and get the double room. Given the room was nonrefundable, that's what I did. Still, the experience proved extremely disappointing, hence the low score. Given all the other options, would NOT stay here again.

Nevertheless it is much to our regret that, you left the hotel disappointed.

My brief visit to Budapest.
I liked the garden part of the hotel. Its nice to sit there and have a cup of coffee. But its not so easy to find a coffee machine in the hotel. The beds in the room were twin beds, too small. The staff at the front desk were not very sociable, giving brief answers to questions without offering ideas or extra help. For example, when you normally ask the counter about something, such as is there a restaurant near by, they will answer you and then suggest where else to go, or offer you literature with a map and show you how to get there, etc. But this was my general feeling in Budapest and not just at this hotel.

Staff,location and breakfast are excellent.Bathroom needs more improvement, when you take a shower the water is staying in the bath. TV only on Hungarian, to find ten channels on English is very complicated.

Checked in and dropped my bags. Returned to the room at night, only to find out that the AC in my room is not working. And that this is a known problem (there was also no remote because it is not working). I asked for a different room but hey said they are all booked. I insisted. They then gave me a single bed room. When I said I want a room like I booked they said they do not have one in the Sisi wing. After insisting they “found” one. The whole process was extremely unfriendly, with zero sense of service. I will not return to this hotel again.

Great location and the staff service was impeccable. Only issue really was we were in the 3 star sissi wing and our room had some issues with it being older. E.g. our curtain rail on our bath tub fell down, and the towel holder fell down, and the double bed was 2 single beds in a double frame and both had loose springs which made sleep difficult. Our room wasn't great, but the hotel and staff and location of the hotel was fantastic. They helped us book a tour, spoke perfect english and booked our taxi to the airport and recommended a fantastic restaurant. The breakfast every morning was also excellent. The tram stop is a 3 min walk away which is brilliant. Would definitely stay in this hotel hotel again if I was in Budapest but would probably stretch for the 4 star side.

Great little hotel in a good location.
This is a really nice and clean place to stay that is walking distance to the "Inner City" neighborhood. If you stay here, you can also just walk West to the river and get on the #2 train North to the major sites. The breakfast is really good.

Great place, but no drinking water bottle?
Excellent location and helpful staff. For some reason they don’t give complimentary bottles of water within the ‘Sissi Block’ rooms. It’s a small thing but a silly rule to have.

Dear Pranav, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry that we did not inform you properly prior your arrival that we are a so called combo hotel that means we have rooms in Sissi Wing*** and Corvin Wing****with different categories in the same buiding. Guest in the Corvin Wing can enjoy a bit higher comfort than those who choose the Sissi wing. Nevertheless I hope we can have you back soon in our hotel. I send my best regards from Budapest

Nice hotel in quiet street
Very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were always most helpful. Hotel area safe and close to Budapest highlights.
